Can’t think of anything that should be improved. I really mean. I’m a regular international traveller for both business and vacation. No question that this is probably one of the best (if not the best) Hotels in the world. Facilities are cozy and luxurious at a time. Employees could not be any nicer. Everything is being taken care from the arrival till departure

Wow this hotel exceeded our expectations! We booked for a skiing holiday and weren’t disappointed. The hotel is lovely and clean, we really appreciated use of the spa after a hard day’s skiing. However we would have preferred the jacuzzi being hotter - the water was lukewarm which meant we got cold quite quickly and couldn’t sit in there for long. The food was phenomenal - such an extensive range including the biggest salad bar I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Super healthy options and they catered well for gluten-free diners. The fresh honeycomb was a highlight! We rented skis, boots, helmets directly from the hotel which was great as we could store it there each day in their locker room. The Irish pub was fun and the decor was super cool. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Thank you especially to Emilio (who was really lovely sorting us with our ski rental) and Micaela who answered all our many emails!! The shuttle bus to and from the cable car was super useful. NB it’s €10 for an hour in the spa but if you book a superior room the spa price is included. You have to wear a swim cap and flip flops.

We had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)

Petit hôtel de montagne familial de deux étages, a un quart d’heure d’Andorre, simple et sans chichi mais propre et accueillant. On sent que cet hôtel au charme désuet est très bien entretenu. Il y a même un ascenseur. La dame à la réception est sympathique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Literie et oreillers de bonne qualité. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, a part la cabine de douche qui est vraiment tres petite.. le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est au prix de 9 euros par personne et les produits sont très bons. Nous sommes venus avec une WonderBox mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix tres correct.

The hotel is located in a commercial street, and I especially like the public areas of their home. The public areas in the picture are all of their home. The restaurant on the first floor has a great environment. The lounge has indoor and outdoor areas. You can order drinks at the bar. It is suitable for office work, drinking and chatting, and it feels like a coffee shop. The breakfast area is very large, with a separate floor, the content is very Western and simple. It's good overall, but the soundproofing of this room is a bit poor, and the footsteps upstairs are so clear as to be walking around in my room, and I thought the room had entered in the middle of the night. There is a Hong Kong Chinese restaurant opposite (the name is HongKong).

A lovely warm welcome by the staff at the hotel Our room is ok, it has a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, cottton wool buds and cotton wool pads, tissues, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a kettle. We also have a pool/gym towel slippers and a robe. Heated Ski lockers are on lower floor of the hotel, they were included in our price held 2 x boots and skis The room was warm, and worked well. We had a small balcony There is a gym with a few bits of equipments, a spa, a sauna, jacuzzi and a pool. I think the pool is probably about 10 metres long. What’s fun???? And interesting and definitely worth knowing is that in the side of the pool below the waterline are two windows- these windows are seen through a local bar -Nemos! So make sure you look good 😀😂💕👍 Book exchange in bar, when we were there there were very few English books The crystal reps are good fun And are really keen to help in any way they are really helpful and just great The hotel is directly next door to the ski hire shop so that is really helpful It is ski in/ ski out, either the 4 man chairlift if you can ski, or walk down to the gondola to go up to the nursery slopes if you are new to skiing We ended up at the gondola one evening in soldeu by mistake 🤦🏼‍♀️, so we took it back up and got blue runs back down to el tarter The bar has good variety of drinks available The food was great, breakfast was buffet style, typical foods available. Dinner in the evening was waiter served, choices of 3 items-starter, main and pudding. We bought a bottle of wine and is was saved and labelled for us each evening The water was extra - not free on the table I think the children could choose off a children’s menu forte evening meal We had an early flight The hotel gave us a packed breakfast consisting of water, fruit, roll and crisps Slopes Wide, well looked after, not too busy, even with beautiful weather and no snow, the resort staff worked really hard to ensure there was good snow coverage Lift pass - we had lunch included, you can get the list of participating restaurants from your rep- again another area the crystal ski reps were very helpful with We had lunch at fun foods - burger, fries, drink - tasty and filling, you can also have salad which was lovely, we also had lunch at LLAC de CUBIL restaurant just by the TSF4 ENRADORT lift We ordered chicken and tomato This came out as a sandwich with 1/2 a French stick and fries that were cut across the potato plus a can of Coke We couldn’t eat it all Very nice and they had little sachets of salt! The hotel is located at the end of the city or halfway up the hill. From the station it used to cross the entire city. When I saw the front desk of the hotel, I asked, ”Did you actually drive?” It’s probably watching me push a box and gasp. But breakfast is OK, the hotel has a free warmth to soak (it is quite cold 36. 7 degrees - on a relatively small pool, I just met a pair of foreigners when I entered, haha small place everyone squeezed or a Beauty.

Comfortable spa hotel. Private garage parking under the hotel for a fee. Concierge can park your vehicle for you. We have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and love it. Great rooms with toiletries including toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc. Lovely shower gel and lotions also. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants located directly outside the hotel. Large buffet breakfast. Recommended.
