I came to Harbin for a trip. Although the reviews online were not very good, I really wanted to soak in a hot spring in Harbin. I came here to stay for a night to try it out. Who said it was not good? It was very comfortable. It was suitable for a leisurely rest with few people. The skin was smooth after soaking in the hot spring. The buffet restaurant was closed and I didn't experience it. The accommodation and hot spring pool were very comfortable. The room was also well soundproofed and quiet. Five-star praise

No need doubt this hotel. Service was fantastic. Wanted to give special thanks to the Room service lady and the cafe restaurant manager who was on duty for that 2 days. Cleaner was so helpful very fast in cleaning and replenishing stuff although we are resting in the room. One of my child is sick, request from hotel restaurant to pack some light food for the child he would gladly support. High floor with nice view! Money well spent. 😅

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

Pretty hotel lobby but the rooms are dated and a little worn out in its furnishings. But cleanliness and amenities are there so I have absolutely no issue with the dated look. My husband and I were given a room that is large and came with 2 toilets. Its an unusual size so I think the extra toilet is really just bonus. My room doesn't face the Songhua River, would be lovely to wake up to that sight I'm sure. Tried the hotel breakfast on my last morning there, paid 68 yuan per pax, super sumptuous! Didn't have space for everything, would have love to! Hotel location is opposite the Songhua River, about 10 mins walk to the cable car tower to Sun Island. Had lots of fun on that. 15 mins walks to Central Street and additional 5 min more St Sofia Church. Very nice church building to admire, paid to enter but the inside is absolutely bare and in washed out condition. Plenty of food options, really enjoyable.

When checking in at the front desk, the staff was warm and efficient, not only introduced the hotel's facilities and precautions in detail, but also gave suggestions for surrounding play according to our itinerary. During the hotel, no matter what problem you encounter, the service staff will respond quickly and help solve it. The feeling of being cared for at all times is really good, making the whole journey particularly comfortable.   🌟 Health: The sanitary condition of the hotel is first-class. The room was spotless, the bed was clean and tidy, the quilt was soft and smelly, the bathroom was as bright as new, there was no water stains and smell, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. The public areas are also very clean and tidy. Whether it is the corridor, elevator or the lobby, it gives people a refreshing and comfortable feeling. It can be seen that the hotel has made a lot of effort in terms of hygiene. It is especially assured to live here.   🌟 Location: The location of the hotel is simply too convenient!
