大教堂後門就是，位置非常好。
房間夠大，有陽台。視野非常好。
非常完美且完整的的中世紀古城，美輪美奐，有很牛的米其林餐廳。
山上的古城，上坡路多，需要坐出租車到酒店門口，行李多的千萬不要自己走。

A localização é excelente, mesmo nas costas da Catedral de Siena e no meios das ruas mais pitorescas. O staff é muito simpático e atencioso. Achamos o quarto um pouco diferente ao que parecia nas fotos online e bastante húmido (o duche, muito bonito, está localizado no quarto mas creio que não há infra estrutura adequada para reduzir a humidade). O pequeno almoço deixa um pouco a desejar (o pão estava duro, não há opção de torrar e não havia fruta). Um a parte sobre este local: deixei um colar no quarto por esquecimento e pouco depois contactei o staff para tentar reave-lo: não encontraram. A questão é que eu tenho mesmo a certeza que o deixei lá. Por isso falta alguma honestidade e por isso há que ter cuidado.

The hotel is centrally located, quiet but a short walk to Il Campo. You are in front of the Baptistry but no need to worry about the church bells; it doesn’t ring every hour. The staff are wonderful, assisted us with restaurant reservations and suggestions. The room we got is the Giorgio Martini (hope I got that correct) room. Very spacious; bed is king size; with 2 windows in the main room opening to the Baptistry. The lighting can improve though as it’s sometimes hard to see yourself in natural light. Also the cabinet is a bit flimsy I was afraid to open it but that’s just nitpicking.

We chose Il Battistero for its location. There isn’t a place worth going in Siena’s Centro Storico you can’t walk to eith the bustle of the Campo and the glorious Duomo just steps from this hotel door. The hotel itself is lovely, with a welcoming lobby and clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated rooms. But what sets this hotel apart is the high level of attention and quality of service its excellent staff offer to their guests. Everyone we encountered during our magical three night stay starting on Christmas Eve was courteous, hospitable and dedicated to making sure we had everything we needed, like valet car parking, restaurant recommendations, a private wine tasting and breakfast delivered to our door every morning, Rita, Andrea and Patricia managed to be both warm and efficient at the same time and they all kindly, patiently and politely endured our attempts to speak their beautiful language. They are the reason why, when we return to Siena, we will stay at Il Battistero. Vincenzo e Stefano

This little boutique hotel was great! The service we received was above and beyond. A special thank you to Andrei? the young man at the front desk upon our departure. He was very helpful. The location was wonderful for exploring Siena on foot, with the beautiful Cathedral right at your doorstep. It is a cab ride from the train station but was only 18 Euro.

We had been to Siena a couple of times before but had never stayed overnight. Our goal was to do two full days of wine tours in the region. We had a problem with a bad head cold and needed to change all of our plans. The Battistero was very helpful in making this happen. We stayed in the St. Catherine room which besides being a good size, also had a terrace and a wonderful view of Siena and San Domenico’s. All the staff, Andrea, Rita and Patricia helped to make our two night stay a very positive experience. Great location, lovely breakfast and quiet accommodation made for a very good choice. Each member of the reception staff helped, with dinner recommendations, reservations, advice about getting around, etc. Something very special about staying here and we’d definitely stay again. We stayed for 2 nights here. It really is just metres from the back of the Duomo and the view over Siena from our balcony was breathtaking. Reception is only manned until 7 in the evening which was fine by us. The receptionists were really helpful and had carefully checked with us beforehand when we were going to arrive. Breakfasts were great. Would recommend

The boutique hotel was completely unexpected. We were given a room upgrade that was a beautiful room with modern amenities - very clean, very comfortable and with a view out over some of old Siena. It is located outside the Siena Duomo and CANNOT be accessed by car (and why torture yourself driving the narrow streets anyway) The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful and have an old aquaduct area in the basement that I think is used for wine tastings (not sure - ran out of time).
