Já estivemos em Siena muitas vezes, mas é a primeira que ficamos num hotel “perfeito”! Muito bem localizado, hospedar-se neste “palacete” te proporciona vivenciar uma moradia da Idade Média, mas com todo o conforto do mundo moderno. Café da manhã saboroso e saudável. Uma equipe gentil e atenciosa. Quarto espaçoso e cama confortável. Ficamos no último andar e ganhamos, com isso, uma bela vista de Siena vista de cima. É no Palazzetto Rosso que nos hospedaremos na próxima vez!

Wonderful old converted home with 3 floors. We were up top and had a spacious room. The hotal is just a block or so off the main shopping area and so the location is pretty much close to everything but quiet. The service was so nice. All of the women who worked there were super helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. Breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel just off the Main Street in Siena, very centrally located. Beautifully furnished, spectacular staircase, rooms and ground floor. Great staff, very friendly. Highly recommended if you are after something different and interesting. Thank you

Great place, right in the city center. Friendly staff, very helpful. thanks for the restaurant recommendation. That was excellent! The room was fantastic and really big. Just the bathtub was a little bit slippery as it is plastic. Breakfast for us more than enough. I can recommend any time.

This hotel was a find!! It was one of the best hotel experiences we had during our time in Italy. The location is absolutely perfect and the building is full of history and charm. Angela and the rest of the staff are very attentive and make you feel so special. The breakfast had many items to choose from and was delicious. The service, the cleanliness and amenities throughout our stay were outstanding and we will definitely return here on our next visit to Siena. In the meantime, we are telling all of our friends!

What a Gem! We loved our stay at the Hotel Palazzetto Rosso. Ilaria greeted us upon check in and was a constant source of information and guidance during our 3 night stay. Claudio was there each morning for the wonderful breakfast and to provide a tasty cappuccino. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to visit all the sites in Siena. The suite we stayed was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We used the valet parking as parking is tight around Siena. They would bring the car in 15 minutes. Claudio provided excellent tips for a day excursion into the country on towns to visit and we loved every place we visited. Thank you also to Gabriella for your laughs and smile and Elena for the same. Loved this hotel and Siena.

We had a quick one night trip. Not long enough to really appreciate Siena but I had been there before. This is a nice place and the staff is very nice. Rooms are nice. Elevator works. We checked out before 6am to catch a train. They had a taxi waiting for us before we got down. They bagged us a little breakfast. It was all good and would stay there again. Good location. Quiet.

Our son studied in Siena and recommended we stay here because of the location and we are so happy we did! Staying in the gated city gives you an opportunity to explore Siena at night after the crowds leave. This hotel provided the perfect stay for us as we had a large room (with a rather unique bath layout!) and the staff was so friendly. One thing to consider.... if you do have mobility issues or use the bathroom frequently at night, you might request not having a room with the toilet area separated from the sink area. Also note that this room layout has a tub with a hand held shower head which may be difficult for some. We loved our stay here!

Extremely good location in the city of Siena but parking requires about a 10 minute walk and cost 20 EU/day (good price for unlimited in/outs).
Building was well converted to today's standards. Nice daily breakfast (cold cuts, breads, cereal).
Lounge/breakfast area also offers serve-yourself (all for fee) drinks throughout the day.
