"Good hotel!!! We spent 7 nights in it The owners are very hospitality and responsive, prepared for us big shrimps and carried on the Marble Beach, of course for a separate fee. "色々とありすぎましたが、総合的にスタッフは皆とても一生懸命で優しくて良い人たちでした！ まず、Trip.comで予約していた4泊分の予約がチェックイン時に予約されていなかった様子。スタッフはたくさんいるのですが英語で問題なく意思疎通できるスタッフが2人くらいしかおらず毎回なかなかその2人に当たらない笑。 バタバタと部屋に案内されるもエアコンのリモコンが見当たらず、ちょうどスタッフがタオルを持ってきてくれて(恐らく急いで提供した部屋だったので準備が完璧ではない部屋だったのかな？)そのタイミングでリモコンをお願いすると比較的すぐ持ってきてくれました。wi-fiパスワードが電話に手書きで書いてあるがかすれて読めずまたスタッフを探して聞く笑。 お湯が出ると思っていたら常温(始めちょっと冷たいけど頑張って浴びているとなぜかだんだんあったかくなってる気がする不思議、でも温度は全く同じだった笑)で水圧もかなり弱い。スタッフにお願いするも温度は恐らくどうにもならない模様。水圧だけでもとお願いしたら少しだけ良くなりました。ただ次の日の夜になるとまた水圧が弱いので4日間毎日シャワー前に水圧を調整してもらうようお願いをしていた。水圧チェックを確かめに来る時にスタッフが靴のままバスマットにのり、水で靴も濡れてる為、バスマットが黒く… 2日連続これをされたので、水圧良くなったのでチェックはも大丈夫ですーとこちらから伝えた。文化の違いかもしれないけどやはりゲストのバスマットが黒くなるのとか気にしないのかな。 Trip.com (***********も同様) に載っていたランドリーサービス、自転車無料貸出、両替などは全てなかったです笑 ロケーションは海の目の前で気持ちいいです。町中までも歩いて10〜20分で着きますが、私は夜の野良犬が怖すぎて(昼は寝ててのんびりしているのに夜はスーパーアクティブ..)毎回トゥクトゥクを使わざるをえなかったです。 ホテル自体は悪くないですが、やはりシャワーだけがどうしても気になりました。あと停電は毎日頻繁におこりました。(特に困りはしなかったですが長い時で数時間笑) スタッフは本当にみんな問題を解決しようと必死で要望を聞いてくれようとします。とても穏やかでフレンドリーでハニカミ笑顔をいつもしてくれます笑 ただ英語が結構弱いので根気強く伝えるのが必要です。"

"Welcome to Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. Nice hotel with great swimming pool. Hotel is close to the beach, you can walk there very fast. Service was good, friendly and kind staff with great English language skills. My friend and she's family really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Swimming pool, also to childrens pool was very nice size and well maintained, very clean water and surrounding."

"Este hotel é realmente único. Não tem nem placa na entrada, então pensei que estava no lugar errado, haha. Instalações: Os quartos com vista para o mar são lindos, com um caminho privativo que leva direto à praia. Há dois chuveiros no quarto, e você também pode tomar banho ao ar livre. Limpeza: Em dias chuvosos, pequenos insetos entram no quarto. Certa noite, fiquei apavorada ao encontrar um inseto grande na cama. Serviço: O hotel tem um bar de praia, mas o serviço de comida é incrivelmente lento. O Coconut King é incrivelmente intragável, então tome cuidado."

The staff at the Sunstar Hotel were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. "This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!"
