This is the second time I’ve stayed at World Trade Plaza. It’s neat and centrally located. Met my expectations in every way. The check-in process went very smoothly and Sunny (the receptionist) was very kind and spoke English. All in all a great experience and I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a nice stay.

The hotel is in a good location. It is convenient to go anywhere. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel, which is more convenient. The hotel service attitude is very good. The concierge Zhao helped me take my luggage to the room. He worked very professionally. There was also a robot to deliver the takeout. The room was quite nice. It’s very clean and grand. Everywhere you go there are famous people’s calligraphy and paintings. It’s very unique and awesome👍🏻

I gave it a five-star rating. First of all, the geographical location and hygiene are excellent. The sanitary facilities and equipment in the room are good. I am also very satisfied with the service. The housekeeping supervisor paid a special visit to solve some problems. There is one comment I want to mention. The extra-large bed in the business arrangement that I ordered last time is so good. The room I booked for the business class arrangement this time was different from the last time. I came here just for the big bed. After asking, I was told that the room type was upgraded last time. The extra large bed required extra money. The last upgrade did not explain the upgrade. I don’t understand the difference a bit, I hope more management training will be strengthened, otherwise I’m very satisfied!

I have stayed at Hebei International Building twice this year. The four-star hotel and five-star experience are well-deserved. On October 27th, due to my own negligence, I booked the wrong check-in time on the platform. Fortunately, the two ladies at the front desk were patient and helpful and professional, allowing us to check in smoothly. From front parking, elevator management, free drinks in the corridor to room bedding, bathroom towel hooks and toiletries, every detail of the hotel is convenient and comfortable. The richness of the breakfast is particularly satisfying. Located in the business center, the hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. Opposite is Hebo, four large restaurants and cafes, laundry, parking lot downstairs, and the front door guidance and services are in order. I highly recommend the fresh food shop run by the building. You must buy bread, sandwiches and deli every time you stay at the hotel. Many thanks to Jin Li, the floor manager on the 11th floor, for being warm and considerate and solving the guests' needs in a timely manner. In short, it is our only choice to stay in Hebei International Building when visiting Shijiazhuang.

NIce clean hotel in the city downtown, reasonable price, friendly staff. Well, it seems that foreigners are not welcome to Shijiazhuang at all since foreigners are danger, probably all having COVID-19 regardless theis travel history. It could be nice if the body responsible for preparation of questionnaire for foreigners hire somebody who can prepare correct questionnaire form in English. Every time I go to Shijiazhuang, I will live here. Very good hotel. The facilities, environment and service standards exceed expectations. The room design is very reasonable, very spacious, the view is very good, the key service staff is very patient, and hot tea and hot water are presented when checking in. Because I have lived in Xi'an Dlx in Tianjin, it feels very compelling. When I come to Shijiazhuang for business trips, I also chose this shop in the White business district. The room type is a business suite, which is much cheaper than Tianjin, very Nice.
