Great service from booking to check-in and during stay at the hotel. Staff was polite and friendly and very responsive. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience. The lounge downstairs offer one of the best person mr Izzam It is worth trying. Overall always a delight to visit.

Good morning! I write my review. The hotel pool only works Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Cleaning needs to be requested . As for the dining room, it's something terrible at all. I wanted to take another chicken,...besides beans and beans no more, the worker ran to me with big emitted eyes and began to noisyly explain that I couldn't take any more. In the hotel 50% of the guests - Russians, the rest - Hindus, Arabs, Afghans, and even got a nice old man from Australia. The hotel is clean everywhere, no unpleasant smells, everything is carefully cleaned and cleaned, although furniture and plumbing are old. Russian channels on my TV were not. Verona resort used to be a hidden gem at the border of Sharjah and Ajman when it just opened over a decade ago. The concept of this compound of two-storey buildings was built around Rome & Juliet theme; it had a couple of nice restaurants with decent food and pretty and spacious guest rooms. It looks like there was no renovation since then and the quality of maintenance and general upkeep is a big question mark. Guest rooms: wallpapers are falling out, wooden furniture is shabby and broken. We found a cockroach on the wall. Bathroom: most of the fittings are not fixed properly, fungus is all over the place, no shower curtain. Breakfast was a pure joke: a couple of bread items, milk with cereal, potato curry, yoghurt and watermelon - that's it. However, the waiter was kind enough to bring us some omelet when we asked him if there is any other food. Teabags and instant coffee in disposable cups. The pool looks ok, but all other areas are full of various hotel equipment just lying around in chaos. There was a maintenance work above our room until 1 am. We are not going to come back.

The worst experience in Sharjah. Probably the worst hotel too! The Filipino receptionist, literally stole my money. When confronted, he started denying it saying: I gave you back your money. So I asked him to open the CCTV recordings, he said the cameras were not working lol. Don’t recommend this hotel. Bad receptionists, bad oder, and they will rob you!

It's a nice place to stay, especially if you are planing to spend under a fixed budget. The place is not so spacious but it is clean, neat and the staff is friendly too! They are really hospitable , thoughtful.

Emirates is a very colorful country! Holidays in the Emirates are like an oriental fairy tale! We would like to convey a huge Ural hello to all the staff of the Arbella Boutique Hotel! There were few tourists due to the pandemic, and therefore we were taken to the beach alone. In fact, an individual transfer! Very welcoming and friendly staff. We took breakfast and dinner. Chicken and fish, in general, pretty good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, next to a large supermarket Mega Mall. within walking distance of the Parovoziki market and much more. Come and settle in safely!
