Not happy with Trip.com as when we reached hotel they made us wait for more than 1 hr and said no booking by my name, thn i wasted my money on international calls to Trip.com and after that issue got resolved and in return i got only 1500 points as an compensation... sad very sad for making ur client wait for more than hour and in return you get compensation as 1500 points

Stayed for one night, this hotel is close to the sea, there are Starbucks and supermarket next to the hotel, less than 10 minutes from the city center. The windows in the room can be opened and there is a small balcony which made me very happy.

Rest at the Al Hamra Hotel from 8 to 14 March 2020. Residents without deposit and money extortion, all honestly, politely Say that we enjoyed living in this hotel - not to say anything. Hotel without deposit, settled us in five minutes, gave a great 710 room. Staff is beautiful, no hint of hammock, always help, tell, show. Cleaning every day. Every day, they gave an individual set: shampoo, hygiene packets, shower gel, hairdress, toothbrush, toothpaste, vattock and discs, shower hat, toilet paper and loose. Every day they left two bottles of water for 0.5 litres. There was a sewing set in the room, a spoon for shoes, a sponge for the cleaning of shoes. Everything is chic. If you get mad - I will say that the safe didn't work. No one on the bags crawled, didn't try to extort the tips (though the maids deserve them, of course). The door opens at the hotel entrance. People from other hotels skipped their dinners and remained hungry, and here everything was done for the convenience of guests. A successful location During the rest I have not seen any dissatisfied holidaymaker, in the hotel really everything is magnificent. Near the Museum of Islamic civilization, the shops of the day where you can buy any goods up to 200 rubles for our money. The location is just excellent. Sharja is a religious emirate, in which 600 mosques (every 100 meters). So the mule calls Muslims to pray at 5 a.m., and this is certainly heard from the room. So all

First we arrived and came to receptionist she told to wait without caring anything after 15 mins she always checked out other guests ignored us that waited for check in every time we ask she always said 1 minute. And after we checked in room wasn’t ready. We had to wait 1.30 hrs to get the room. Moreover we booked for king bed they gave us twin bed and offered to join the bed so we agreed but when we went to the room. No one did anything we had to tell reception again to follow up. We waited for long time every service was so slow have to call at least 2-3 times. Unfortunately, in the bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling we had to waited long time to fix and clean it. After they fixed it leakage again i don’t know how they fix. We tried to call them already .1 night enough for this hotel no more!! Bad service low quality. Staffs service like we ask the room for free and manager can’t do anything useless!!

Hotel Sharjah Palace is very good look wise, the owner has really expend lot of money to decorate the hotel. But the management of hotel is not at all good. Maintenance of hotel is very poor, main door lock was broken( SCREENSHOT attached with date & time) bath tub cap was not available, pressure of shower was too less, proper hot water in showers & tap was unavailable and all of above maintenance staff including lady receptionist has ignored all these things by saying “All are OK, these minor things should be avoided” For a 04 star property guest satisfaction is not their priority. Secondly our nearby 1104 room 02 male guests/staff has put their chair on door to keep door open continuously till midnight and doing the smoking/liquor etc which hampers privacy of any family (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED with date & time). Whole night we haven’t sleep as Door lock was not available and nearby room personnel were not trustable. Also the breakfast was very limited and tasteless, moreover lady staff at restaurant was rude enough and even refused to flame the tea/coffee. Very nice and comfortable hotel! Awesome girls works on the reception, always kind and smile to the guests Food is ok, everyday is different One more thing- they are have good shuttles to the beach. Close to the hotel you can find supermarkets. Also, when I had problem one manager helped me a lot. So I want to say thank you so much Rohitha! Wish you all regards! I will definitely come to you again

I have stayed at this apartment for one month, and the rent price is affordable compared to the Dubai accommodations. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Housekeeping (Islam Abbas Karim) was so friendly; he cleaned up the room every day so, the room looked new and felt fresh every morning. He changed the new towel every day, provided room amenities (ex.: coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of 1,5L water) every day, picked up the rubbish every morning, changed the bad every single morning too. The problem for me is the location. It is far from metro stations and bus stops. The nearest metro station is reachable within 11 min. (by taxi, uber, or private car), it is Al Qiyadah Metro Station.

I absolutely loved the Stay here... Most comfortable and affordable hotel and room.. The staff were such lovely people, and Escpecially Mr Hisham Zidan, he was so helpful and was always asking if i need anyhelp.. The food was absolutely delicious, and everyday was a different variety.. I would recommend this Hotel for everybody, thats how much i loved the stay.. Shout out to all the friendly and helpfull staff, i wish yous all the best..

Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.
