柯橋的錦江早餐，涼菜熱菜水果兒都沒有，早餐太一般了。WiFi信號兒不好，夜裡還沒有網，用的都是自己的網，那個熱水，忽冷忽熱。設施陳舊，電梯超慢，停車要從後院提着行李，要走13級台階才能進到大堂。
服務不專業，前台接待的非常不專業，我們辦理入住，因為攜程給的是房間升級並且已經確認了，前台小姐説。這是你到的早，我們能給你升級，你到晚了，我們就不能給你升級了？這話真的不愛聽，確認了升級的房間，你憑什麼？決定給還是不給？酒店的裝修風格，跟錦江集團的裝修風格不搭，沒有那種簡潔的清新的感覺，反而覺得很土。設施陳舊，水龍頭也不好用。因為攜程的優惠，我等於是150塊錢拿的一個含雙早的大床房，前台小姐説你這個價格很低，平台給的優惠，但不能使你的服務水平降低。房間裏竟然還能塞進來**的小卡片，這也是我很少見的現象了。周邊吃飯方便。

店長幫我們免費升級房型，有和露天的大陽台，太喜歡了。坐在陽台上可以看到遠處的山和小巷子，真的好愜意。樓下有免費停車位，酒店距離黃山南大門幾公里的距離，不算太遠。周邊有很多超市，飯店，晚上燈火通明。酒店自家樓下的餐廳味道也很不錯。
房間內很乾凈，空間也大，工作人員態度很好，強烈推薦！

離柯橋古鎮很近。古鎮美夜景很美。步行街上擁有了部分連鎖品牌的食物。叫外賣也很方便。滬上阿姨奶茶。蜜雪冰城。老婆大人。自助燒烤。喜姐炸串。對面也有個小橋流水的公園。住在六樓，感覺景色很優美。

衞生還可以。主要是隔音效果差，外面聲音太大了。臨街汽車聲音太吵。希望加大隔音效果。其它性價比還行吧。畢竟這個價位。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊備，這趟旅程下來住得最好的一家店，由於趕時間，到現在才寫評價，客服熱情周到，住了三個晚上，印象深刻，交通便利，去哪都是一趟車搞掂，周邊吃的也多，有幾個免費景點也以去玩，非常滿意，五星好評。

酒店離高鐵站比較近，因為後面還要去寧波，所以選擇了住這裏，酒店有中央空調，温度很舒適。衞生間還是乾濕分離的，贊一個
