We’re very much happy with everything during the stay. The staffs are so nice and helpful that I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is in a good location and the room is fantastic. We got room upgraded and our time during the stay is lovely.

Amazing architecture and relaxing view. Definitely a go to 5 star hotel if you want to unwind from the bustling city. Amenities and services were complete. We were provided with a personal service staff, Camille who answered all our inquiries and personal requests. My husband and I had a wonderful time here. Although quite far from Shanghai city center, still worth the experience.

Convenient transportation, only about 10 minutes walking distance from the subway station, near the University Road, there are a lot of food and drinks. The front desk is very enthusiastic and patient in explaining. There is a swimming pool in the B1 fitness club. It is not big, but the water temperature is very good. Unfortunately, the water quality is not very clean! The room facilities are very complete. The only bad thing is that the air conditioning is not very powerful. The sound is loud, but the effect is not very good. The room is a bit stuffy! Another point is that the bathroom is completely transparent. It would be perfect if the glass was replaced with frosted glass! The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is not bad!

Environment: Close to Hongqiao Creative Industrial Park, only 320 meters away from Wojia Bookstore (24-hour library), because I was going to take an exam, it was very convenient and the environment was good! There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, very convenient~ Sanitation: Live in Room 2108, the room is super large, very clean, and very cost-effective! Facilities: The facilities are also great, but I suspect there are cameras in many places. Basically, there are red glowing dots in every socket, which are still bright after unplugging the power. The front desk receptionist said it was a normal facility. Because I was traveling alone, I was a little scared. I hope I was overthinking it. Great hotel. Very close to the station and has lots of facilities around. The service was great and the room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was buffet an dit was fine, plenty of options.

This is my second time coming to Haichang. This time I chose to stay at Haichang Resort Hotel. I booked a package on Ctrip. You can choose your favorite theme room. The hotel service is also very user-friendly. There is a special entrance channel. It is very easy to scan the code to enter the park. convenient. The hotel is full of marine elements, and children like it very much. The hotel considers every detail well, and the service staff also answers all questions and feels responsible. I will continue to choose Haichang Resort Hotel next time!

DO NOT book this hotel unless you are planning to drive or take a taxi every time you enter the hotel. Getting to the hotel while walking is very difficult: It's about a 25-30 minute hike from the subway station (map apps will lead you through street that are not accessible) and requires a 15 minute walk that includes hiking up a steep incline through a parking garage and then a *very* long walk across blazingly hot parking lots (no shade) while dodging cars (no sidewalks). See pictures. The room itself was great, though! No cigarette smoke smell, new, and clean. I really wanted to like this hotel, but it's just too hard to access, lol.

This is one of the best apartment hotels I’ve ever stayed in shanghai. It’s near hongqiao airport and train station. The staff are very friendly and helpful . I will for sure stay here when I visit shanghai next time. It’s worth the price .

Location is great and has 3 metro lines at people's square. Plenty of food at the side alleys and right in the heart of Nanjing road. Escalators at exit 19 are not working so if you need to lug your luggage may be an issue. room is really small so do not expect much. just a very basic room. What you pay is what you get. the toilet door has a slightly big gap so if it is not a couple, it is a little embarrassing if you need to take a Didi, you will need to walk to another location to call or to drop off.

A hotel near home. The exterior is unremarkable. But the interior is very comfortable. A friend of mine came to book his hotel before, and this is the first time I stayed there by myself. I told the guy at the front desk that I needed a quiet weekend to catch up on sleep, and he thoughtfully arranged a room facing inside. There is a large terrace. The room is very comfortable and the colors are soft, so I planned to rest for a day, but simply extended it for another day. The price is less than 300, and the cost performance is super high. The little robot is also very cute. Deliver water and milk to the room, thumbs up!
