The check-in process at night was a bit slow, but other than that, everything was great. A comfortable, friendly, and clean hotel.

I had an overall average stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the comfortable beds—I slept really well each night. The staff were also friendly and polite, which made check-in and any questions I had pretty easy. Nothing particularly stood out beyond that, but it was a decent place for a short stay.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was truly amazed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. What impressed me the most was how helpful the team was — they even helped me transfer my three huge suitcases from another hotel quickly and efficiently, without any hesitation. Throughout my stay, they were always attentive, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

It is a bit old hotel inside the Park. Amenities are pretty basic. We came in December and the trip was a mix of business and leisure. It is far from the city center but it is well connected by Metro. It is near to the universities too. The thing I like most of this hotel is the people. They are very nice, caring and very helpful. They helped us book the Didi to our next destination and made sure we arrived safely. Will surely stay again if we come back to Shanghai.

This hotel apartment was even better than I expected – clean and tidy. It's a newly opened establishment. We drove all the way from Hangzhou and arrived very late, around 3 AM, and the front desk staff had already gone to bed. We had to call him, but he still came to greet us with a smile. It's a highly recommended apartment hotel, mainly because it's affordable, clean, and has great service. I left in such a hurry I forgot to take pictures. If I have the chance, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
