I stayed here for one night. I came here after leaving another hotel that wasn't good. I'm so glad that I came here instead. I really got such a good night's sleep. One of the hotel staff, Ekko, was extra helpful in answering my questions in English, allowing me to stay longer in the lobby while I waited for my friend and even offered me a bottle of water. He was very welcoming! The the bed is so comfortable and soft and the hotel is very clean. And the breakfast is also delicious. You also have a vending machine on the first floor that takes digital payment and a mini refrigerator in your room. There's also a smart TV with HDMI and screen mirroring. It's great value for money and it's also just a really comfortable place to stay. The interior design is really beautiful and eclectic. I think you'll have fun just hanging out in the lobby, good music playing, for a couple hours doing some work at one of the many sitting areas in the lobby, if you're a digital nomad like me. Really nice vibe!

Booked this hotel in advance. It's located at Caoxi Road and Caobao Road in Xuhui District, which is super convenient for transportation. There are so many great dining options nearby, the area is really lively. Parking is also a breeze; just register your license plate and you can drive in and out as you please. The room was clean, everything was great.

The decor has a lovely Chinese style, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. All the facilities are smart, which made our family trip much easier, especially with the kids. The hairdryer is a branded one with strong airflow that isn't too hot, making it super convenient for drying the kids' hair. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the vanity is separate from the main bathroom, which is excellent. The bed is huge, soft, and very comfortable. The room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view in the morning. The TV has great clarity, screen mirroring is easy to use, and there's a wide selection of movies and shows. Most of the room's basic facilities can be controlled by the Xiaodu robot, so you don't even have to get up to turn off the lights or TV at night. The room was spotless, with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was good – hardly any noise at night. The welcome snacks were quite generous, including milk, cookies, and special mint candies. **Highlights:** * The hotel's overall decor style is very comfortable. The lobby offers complimentary, pre-brewed specialty 'Pu Tea' which tastes really good, along with various basic condiments like dried tangerine peel, goji berries, and rose petals. Specialty 'Pu Tea' is also provided in the room. * The TV thoughtfully displayed a welcome message with the booker's name, which was a very nice touch. * The room is equipped with a white noise machine that offers sounds like wind, rain, birdsong, and sleep-aid music, with adjustable volume and timer functions. * Directly opposite the hotel is a bus stop with four bus lines, making transportation incredibly convenient. These buses connect to Metro Line 12, so getting around is a breeze. * Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a century-old restaurant, making all three meals easy to sort out. This was the best hotel experience I've ever had!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel location is within the Shanghai Korea street with many Korean eateries nearby to choose from. The hotel offers many free services like late checkout, free night porridge and guest laundry. You can leave your clothes with them and they will help wash it for you. The staff, especially the guy manager, are really helpful and got me a bigger room when I requested it. Overall, it’s a pretty comfortable stay.
