Overall, I had a great stay at 24 Guesthouse Myeongdong and would stay there again! PROS: -Location is prime! This was the biggest pro IMO, the metro was steps outside the building, I could easily walk to markets like Namdaemun and Myeongdong, and other attractions (like Namsan Tower, South Gate). The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and is very walkable and I felt safe whatever time I was out. -Staff is friendly and responsive. I booked through Booking.com and used their app and they promptly responded to messages. When I was on-site they were very friendly and helpful although there was varying levels of English fluency-nothing that the Papago app couldn't help with. -Staff also accommodated my long stay (7 days) since they didn't have one room open for the entire 7 days, I did have to change rooms. But I loved the hotel and location so I appreciated their flexibility and willingness to work with me. -Rooms are simple and clean -Their coffee machine made very good coffee-I really enjoyed it Neither PRO nor CON Breakfast is very simple, toast, cup of noodles, coffee and juice-I recommend heading over to Namdaemun around 9-9:30 and grabbing a fresh hotteok before heading out for the day. CONS: -Most rooms have no exterior windows and the walls were thin-bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me! -Hotel is on the 10th floor-that itself is not bad, but it did make me re-think whether it was worth doing a quick drop off or taking a mid-day break.

This is a very good 6 bed room hotel. Great location, very friendly and helpful owners. Temper your expectations with the cost. You won’t find anywhere cheaper in Seoul, and this is an amazing location. The room and amenities are basic. If all you are looking for is a safe place to sleep, this is very good.

All is great except toilet on 3rd floor a little bit difficult to use because so small. But toilet and shower room on 2nd floor easy and clean and bigger. The bed is actually quite private, like living in a box for just yourself. loved it

We stayed at this hotel for three nights from November 4 to 7. The location is wonderful. Nearby there are a lot of cafes where you can eat, but also you have the opportunity to cook breakfast or heat up food in hotel. There is a kettle, a coffee machine. The staff is very friendly. I especially want to thank aministrator Leo for his responsiveness and goodwill. He speaks excellent English and helps a lot on many issues. Very calm and quiet hotel, despite the location on a noisy street.

The location is easy to find, but I didn't pay attention to it. Fortunately, a passer-by pointed me out. Although the food nearby is cheaper than other places, it is a bit remote and far from scenic spots and business districts, but the cheap living can be regarded as a way to make up for the shortcomings.

The location of the guest house is really nice everything is nearby. I like that guest house included breakfast there is a juice milk and cereal also have toaster and noodles 😄 so u won’t be hungry there. Also I like that it’s pretty clean and have a lot of slippers. Washing machine is also free bc other guests house they would charge for 10000₩. And I like the people who work there they are so kind and nice bc if u will have a big luggage they would help u to climb up. I was wondering why the name of guest house call “Wow Hills” bc u when u will climb up u will say “wow hills”😂

The door only had a combination lock. I stayed there for 5 days. I was safe anyway. Although the room was too small to breathe, it was considered to have all the organs. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has only one type of shampoo and shower. Bath flowers are also available. Outside the rectangular window is a large glass fence. The window can only be opened with a small slit, which is very dark and not considered ventilation. So there are windows and windows are the same. The mattress is not spring, it is thin, but it is more comfortable to sleep. There is no drinking water in the room. You need to go to the restaurant on the basement floor to drink. Breakfast ends at 9:30 Korean time, with bread and boiled eggs. There is jam, and coffee and milk. It is intimate that a conversion plug is prepared in the room. But if your charging cable is not long enough, it is not convenient to use the phone while lying in bed and charging. Health is OK. Every day someone will clean it, but if you want to clean it completely, you will be asked to ask the front desk. My tote bag was hung there and I wanted to keep some stuff. It disappeared when I went back. It should have been collected as garbage when I cleaned the room. It is close to the New Century Duty Free Shop and it takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is also close to Myeongdong Commercial Street. The homestay is on a hillside, but it is not tiring to get up. There are restaurants and convenience stores open 24 hours. The transport guesthouse in the middle of Seoul is quiet and cozy, and the staff are friendly and my family visited their homeland stayed comfortably. It was a great luck to find a place where you can stay comfortably without any cost while looking for a suitable place to do Seoul City Tour. Staying in a single suite this time is enough for one person The 26-inch luggage can also be fully opened, and there is also a TV, bathroom, and air cooler There is also a kitchen outside where you can use induction cooker, microwave oven, water dispenser (with paper cups), washing machine, etc. Self-serve towels and toilet paper There are also tableware in the upper cabinet But the only downside is that there is no toothpaste, I don't know if I didn't find it or what I went to the supermarket to buy another one 😂 because I only have a toothbrush 😂

Location is very good. Room was clean and clean, but there was no elevator so it was hard to go up and down stairs with carry bag.
