Overall ok la.Have swimming pool for kids to play and enjoy the time during staying while me do my work out there.food just ok.will stay again since hotel with swmgpool here veeeeeery limited lorr cause most people come here semporna go for island hoping kan 😂

I went to Malaysia in November. Thanks to the hostess and staff for their home-like service, the whole trip was perfect. The hotel is small, has a warm living atmosphere, and is clean and tidy. There are 24-hour self-service refreshments and a drum washing machine on the first floor. There is a large balcony on the second floor for drying clothes and a refrigerator. There is a young lady at the front desk who speaks fluent Chinese and a young man who speaks fluent English and works the night shift. Thanks to the boss lady for arranging the Tawau airport transfer and one-day tour. Especially the half-day tour of Lover's Bay water sports, my parents had a great time. The restaurants we ate at were all recommended by the proprietress, and they were affordable and friendly. I was lucky enough to meet the proprietress in person. She was polite and tall. I also saw Indonesian CJS giving a speech at the stadium. I wish the boss lady a prosperous business and I wish Tawau has an airport worthy of Semporna’s international status.

The room is ok and comfortable with aircon and fan. At check-in time in the afternoon, the aircond is very strong and the fan is on It's a cold night, I don't even turn on the aircon haha, just turn on the fan. Amik seaview is ok. The bathroom floor is stagnant. Breakfast is not from the hotel but outside, you can choose between 2 restaurants, but the two Chinese restaurants are not sure if you want to eat even if they only have toasted bread on the menu with another menu of curry noodles/mee soup. Choose one Muslim shop and one Chinese shop, then the choice is correct. These are two Chinese shops. Add the Qibla direction in the hotel room. The location is close to the jetty, he just took the boat to the island. The staff are all ok, good.

Booked this Inn2 because I couldn’t see any commitments on Sipadan Inn 3 or 1. It was okay for overnight. The first time I stayed there, it was a normal small room with window facing the street. However, when I checked in again a week later I got a room in the middle without window, even though I booked the same queen room. The location is not great, Inn 3 and 1 are at better spots in the small seafront town, easier to reach than Inn 2. Among the three, Inn 3 is the newest and, after a visit, I noticed it has better rooms with better facilities. Had WiFi in room at Inn 2, the bed was very basic and sheets not crispy clean, the shower was okay as well as the air conditioning. Semporna is a tiny town with most places within walking distance, though the narrow, car-lined streets are not that clean or tidy to walk through, especially if you carry luggage. From what I heard from other travelers, very basic facilities wherever you stay, so lower your expectations then probably all good.

It is very convenient to go to the island and to the pier. However, the room facilities are a bit old. It rained for a few days and the window leaked. I used a cup to collect the water. The owner of the seafood shop downstairs is good and the price is fair. It is cheaper than several nearby seafood shops. The rooftop restaurant You can buy seafood and process it yourself. The boss is Chinese and the processing fee is not expensive.

I didn’t really stay at this hotel but paid a visit when I was in town. The staff there were very friendly and showed me a couple of rooms as I requested. It is definitely in better condition than the Inn2 I stayed in. It is the newest among the three Sipadan Inns, at a better location, especially if you go to Mabul with Scuba Junkie, very close to their office and their jetty. Thought to let travelers know as I didn’t see any comment when booking hotels in Semporna. It is a tiny seafront town, everything close by but those narrow, car-lined streets are not that easy to walk through if you carry luggage on a hot day.

Great location for choice just walk 4/5 mins can reach jetty❤️Including breakfast but if stay over 1 night won’t have room cleaning service need to ask staff for change your towels and bedsheets. So far it’s okay for staycation and staff at there all are helpful and cute🫶

You just need to talk to the boss about going out to sea, he will arrange it for you properly, go out to sea, wherever you want to go in town, such as seafood pier, small supermarket, shopping, he can take you there for free. Except for the airport, because the airport is too far away, you need to pay for the pick-up and drop-off, and the boss has arranged it properly. Praise the little brother Weiwei (Wei Wei?) by his real name. He takes care of a store by himself. During the peak tourist season, he is busy running up and down. He is very polite and friendly. I heard that he came to help his aunt take care of the store during the summer vacation. He is a boy. She is quite shy, but she takes good care of her guests, arrives as soon as she is called, and runs out of breath, but speaks very gently when she comes to you. If the experience is very good, this little brother's service attitude accounts for at least eight points! The small town of Semporna is not prosperous, but this hotel is considered an upper-level hotel in Semporna! The room is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and has a separate bathroom! This is the point! There are many public restrooms in the town! You don't know how important it is to find a Chinese hotel if you are not good at foreign languages ​​in foreign countries! Cheap but cozy little pod-style hotel. Surrounding area is run-down but the street is located next to a handful of hygienic looking restaurants. Even though the rooms consist of a bed and very little else, the beds were comfy and the AC worked wonders. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly; they helped us book taxis and the island trips. Breakfast includes toast with tea or coffee, free of charge. Noise is a problem, whether it is from building work or the noise of other guests; I strongly advise bringing earplugs. Semporna is a simply awful, poverty-stricken small coastal town but this hotel was a nice, albeit temporary, respite away from the madness outside.
