"Good location, lovely place to stay . Impeccable service and all staff are lovely. Thank you again Kind Regards, DV"

"This hotel is a bit far from the center of General Luna, but still within walking distance. Being a little further out makes it quiet. Although it's long and narrow, it is technically beachfront, so you can step out of your room and walk to the beach to enjoy the ocean view, even at night. Like everywhere else, there are dogs roaming around, which can be a bit unsettling. The hotel is owned by a Westerner, and the staff are friendly."

"Excellent hotel location, slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, yet close and convenient enough. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the center, with a tricycle constantly running. The grounds are magnificent, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a private beach that is regularly cleaned and maintained. Free SUP boards are available! The breakfasts are decent and quite varied. Upon request (for an additional fee), the hotel arranged our room for our anniversary. Overall, only positive impressions. Everything was superb!"

"Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere after long days of exploring the island. We also appreciated the quality amenities provided, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning location. The breathtaking sea view combined with the beautiful view of Cloud 9 created a peaceful and scenic environment that truly captured the charm of Siargao. The pool area was also very well-maintained and provided the perfect place to unwind and relax. The food served at the hotel was excellent, with delicious meals that we genuinely enjoyed throughout our stay. Every aspect of the experience reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction. Another major advantage is the hotel’s location, as it is conveniently within walking distance to Cloud 9, making it very accessible for guests who want to explore one of Siargao’s most popular attractions. Overall, we had an exceptionally pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siargao. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, beautiful scenery, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to the island."

"The location, amenities were good! Glad there was a gym to do some light workout, and it was great that it had a beach of its own, though the furniture outdoor wasn’t really well kept."

"I stayed at this hotel with my sister for three nights and everything went very well. The hotel is located on a beautiful, quiet, and pleasant beach. It's also very well situated, close to the restaurants, bars, and lively areas of Siargao. The room is comfortable, although the bathroom is a bit small. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always available. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The main area for improvement is housekeeping, which could be done with a bit more attention to detail. Apart from that, the stay was excellent."

"The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture. The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!"

"It just a 3 star hotel in General Luna of Siargao, the room rents are bit high compared with the facilities. The sea view doesn’t a beach to step in but you can see some tides far away. Most of the night life places are nearby and airport pick and drop is shared with the tourist van. Good to book a tour from there and hop in different islands. Or rent. A bike to move around. Staff is quite good as you find usual in Philippine and breakfast have a set menu to choose. Either go American or Philippine breakfast."

"Room was very big!!! Its also super clean but the lighting of the room can be much more brighter. The staffs in the kitchen are superb! Love their accommodation. I super love the beach view especially when having breakfast ❤️ My only con was that I lost something here when they cleaned the room (idk why they cleaned the vanity. That’s weird). The night it got lost I reported it and they said that they will replace it, but then the morning came and I called for an update, they said that they have nothing to do with it. 🫠 It made me go nuts so we switched hotel after this. Ps the item that got lost was an essential and u cant find that in siargao. Also, there are bedbugs on our first night but they were quick to respond regarding the issue."
