I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.

Exceptional.
Compared to the Perry, Oklahoma spot, night and day. This site needs to be refurbished.
Compared to the person at the desk (night person) in Albuquerque, NM, night and day. Service here was underwhelming to say the least

Five days staying at the hotel and calling almost every day to get the bathroom door fixed because it did not close correctly and never got it fixed.
Bad attitude when asking for housekeeping service, we got our room cleaned only once on a 5 night stay.
This is probably our 7th time at this hotel and never had problems before. I really don't know what happened this time.

The only reason I have 4 stars for comfort was because the bed was way too hard for me. But some may really like a harder bed.

Great hotel, great staff and service. We rolled in at 4am, and they were able to accomodate us as an early check-in if we changed rooms. So, was it the party-style mini-golf place across the parking lot that was loud until 11pm that caused 1 less star? Nope, they can't help what other surrounding businesses do. I recommend requesting a room on the opposite side of the building if that will be a problem for you. Was it the construction sawing sounds that were heard in the morning around 6am? Again, no, since it wasn't the hotel that was doing it. It was the shower stall. We stayed in an accessibility suite since that was what was available, and the bathroom's shower floor was very dirty. They could definitely do a better job at cleaning shower stalls, even if they are the stalls that people can roll right into with their wheel chair. Otherwise, would stay there again!
