I had an amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service. The room were beautiful designed and comfortable.The hotel facilities, including the fitness center and restraunt, were top-notch. The location was convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a memorable hotel experience. Thank you to the staff for making my stay enjoyable!

Great for families and bigger groups. Have yo stay more than a night to get full experience as water slides and splash pad are 11-4 and check in is only at 4 and checkout is 10am so that’s a major con but did 3 bedroom and very spacious and comfortable for my family

What the hidden fees....paid extra for breakfast and still had to pay. We even did not eat at the hotel for 1 day....find somewhere else that dont have the hidden fees

Overall it was ok. But amenities could have been better. Microwave did not work; dryer did not work; tv wasn’t working. Washer didn’t work and water settled and got everywhere.

Great place to stay. Rooms and pool area are very well taken care of. Only downside is there are no places to walk to, but thats the same for all the other resorts nearby. There is a nice bar/restaurant for happy hour. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed in a two bedroom and it was clean, spacious and had a washer/dryer! Our stay was amazing and we'll be returning for a longer stay next year!

The hotel suite was amazingly spacious. Everything was nicely appointed and the rooms were clean and in order.
We did see a roach on the wall in the kitchen, but other than that, the place was fantastic and I would want to stay here again.

Property was very clean, great pools that were never overly crowded, very spacious villas, service was great and the kids loved the arcade.
A couple things we didn't like, there was only one restaurant and it was open 12-8PM and closed on Monday and Tuesday which of course we were there on a Mon/Tues. We had several nights that we would have liked to sit at the outdoor patio from 8-10PM and have a few drinks with our friends.
