The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding. They are extremely well trained to anticipate guest’s needs. The concierge staff was always helpful and eager to assist. The breakfast staff are a well oiled machine and the breakfast options are great. Ask for a tapioca with cheese and guava paste, amazing. Room cleaning, gym and breakfast are scheduled to reduce likelihood of Covid transmissions. The hotel has hand sanitizer peppered ubiquitously where you want and need it: dining table, elevator, lobby, bathroom, room, gym, etc. Hotel is located in the heart of the financial district of São Paulo, a few blocks from Parque de Povo, a great park to go for a stroll or jog. On Saturdays there is a wonderful street fair a few blocks away at Chacara Itaim. Try the caldo de cana, a drink pressed from cane sugar, to which you can try with flavors (e.g., hortelão = a type if mint). You are also half an hour walking distance from Oscar Freire, São Paulo’s high end shopping street. You are also 10 minute walk from JK Iguatemi and Iguatemi shopping malls, great spots for high end shopping and dining. Unless I want to be located or get to know another area of the city, I will continue to stay at this hotel.

The hotel breakfast menu has never changed. It was the same when I went there in 2021. It was still the same when I went there in 2024. The service is also very bad, especially after it became Wyndham. The water and snacks at the front desk are only given to Europeans and Americans, Asians, no... You just stand there and watch others drink, but they won't give you any...

The hotel is very well located, a quarter of the Paulista, with Starbucks almost in front. I found the room very good and spacious. The bathroom seemed old, needing maintenance - the door of the box very hard and strange, the cap of the bath vase. Breakfast is fat and very tasty, it has a leisure area with pool and academy, but I didn't test.

The hotel is very large. I happened to see a reception group on the day I arrived. It is a base for domestic travel agencies to organize groups. The room I booked also has a balcony. It is generally comfortable. However, it is not recommended for girls to check in too late. There are a lot of messy graffiti near the downstairs of the hotel. There are homeless people in the park, so you need to be careful when traveling⚠️

The room was good for a person, clean and organized, but my air conditioning did not work, I asked 3x to get it up and nobody went there to see, and I paid a lot for the air, the last time I asked the guy had the face of a pad to say he called in my suite and I was there. I didn't answer, but I could call the normal reception, or he made a disappointment, but the shower was hot, but it was not a hairdryer, and it was not controlled, softened the whole bathroom, badly. The night was very noisy, my room was in the 3rd floor and all the air above was pinking near the window... and the window only opened on one side. Breakfast OK. care about the hotel surroundings, very dangerous, especially the night. I just don't give horrible pq cleaning and breakfast was good. and some of the sympathetic attendants, but only some.

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

GGuest UserAs I have posted here, Renaissance Hotel has been the best choice for staying in São Paulo. The main reason is the service offered for their extraordinary staff. This time, carnival 2023, even after the pandemic of covid, it was not diferent. Since check-in our experience has been the best. The breakfast remains with the same quality and variety. I cant leave to mention the concierge servisse: Jade gave us all attention and assistance posible, always smiling...She gets to antecipate our requirements. We were surprised with a great caress: a cold cuts and cheese plater followed a malbec wine, serviced at the bedroom, for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Gym is one the most completed We have been, where Marcelo goes to great lengths to be pleasant. There were just some little disturbs provocated by other guests located at the same level, but the staff managed in good manners. In our last night, there was a great performance by a pianist called Francis, at the lobby, closing with gold key our wondeful moments/time.

Great in-person concierge. Attentive, helpful staff. Apartment 401 with delightful balcony, table, chairs, facing the street and views of the tree-lined Pça. The street is a little noisy until midnight. Great quality bed linen and towels. Impeccable cleaning. Great size. Congratulations to the Manager of this unit Charlie.

The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

GGuest UserIt is not a hotel in fact we have almost no support on the site, we arrived and had to wait until they found the booking, even showing the code. When we went up, we found that there was no edreddom in bed and asked at the reception, but the attendant said that it could not only help in whatsapp, I asked for a cover, a coat something because it was very cold, but they said that there was no way We have been very bad asleep because of the cold. Before sleeping, during the bath, we did not just flood the whole apartment, because the shower was stuck, when we realized it was all wet, check-in and check-out schedules worse than all the other hotels. The only good thing, location, but it doesn't compensate the rest.

Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h.
Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h.
Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO.
Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

VvitorbabrazilI had always been 'dating' this hotel and the opportunity came up to finally stay there as a stopover in São Paulo, it's extremely practical for that: just cross the bridge from Congonhas airport and walk around the block. Rooms are not all in the typical Ibis standard, there are larger rooms for families of four, but they can only be booked on the ALL Accor page. Breakfast during the pandemic is in the reverse system, which means buffet is there but get to be served instead of serving yourself. It's not the best hotel to discover São Paulo as a tourist but very practical for very short visits.

GGuest UserThe reservation staff communicate through WhatsApp. They are rude and very non-attentive. There is no one to talk to on the phone or face to face. The staff that are physically at the hotel are not allowed to assist us unless going through the WhatsApp staff. Very time consuming and very often they do not respond. I arrived and was given a dirty room and had bugs. They moved me but didn’t bother to bring the extra blanket Irequested or towel. Thanks to the staff that’s physically at the hotel or I wouldn’t have gotten anywhere with the staff on WhatsApp. It’s very sad because I like the place and location but this virtual crap is awful. And they have the nerve to charge a cleaning fee but give me a dirty room.

GGuest UserMy story ended with a nightmare of the staff , I had a business trip to the Italian consulate in São Paulo , I chose 360 suites at the booking based in the region , but I didn't imagine the level of place I would be putting me I was stolen in my suite after the assembly , I decided to extend my stay , it was informed that my stay would not be possible in the same suite , Because I had another guest to arrive after my check out , so I made a new booking booking , I had to check out and wait out ( inside the car ) 2 hours to return to a new suite , I forgot my diesel jacket hanged in the closet with the amount of € 350 , because when I told me before the next check in returned to the reception and warned q I left hanged , she called pro cleaners , and informed q nothing was found , falls despair , She spoke about going to the new suite because she was going to communicate with manager , I went up and she called again speaking q nothing was found and delivered , she offered me to go to the suite q I stayed host to look , had nothing , Not another guest as they had said it was a reason I couldn't renew in the same , there I went to make a B.o. But so far no one gave me satisfaction, with my loss , besides I was a victim of deboche for security saying if it was a jacket of Louis Vitton I I can be in despair . To date nothing are like one playing pro responsibilities another !!! What kind of company is it? You are dealing with animals ??? I want a solution I won't rest until it resolves ! Your staff who stole guests should be punished or arrested for a shadow-style crime !!!!!!!!!!
