I loved everything! nice and educated staff, well-variated breakfast, the architecture of the attractive location, the perfect room with views for the Farol Santander, the wonderful towels!! And the shower? ALL!! I hope to come back soon :)

I didn't know it was a first-class cultural and historical hotel until I checked in. It should be a quasi-four-star hotel, and it is worth the money at the current price. The service is polite. Regular facilities, standard hygiene, convenient location, and busy surroundings. English service is not guaranteed. I personally like staying here. Expect better!

O hotel é muito bom. Consegui fazer um early check in por um preço muito bom. O pessoal do hotel são muito educados e atenciosos. Eu tive uma excelente estadia. Super recomendo. Evite room near the lift, room no.it has good acoustic, so there was everything outside, in the rest , educated staff, clean and spacious room, we went in family and asked the cabin for our daughter, excellent experience! ..

Well located hotel. The lobby is very beautiful. The catering is delicious. The breakfast is great: quality and variety! Eggs Benedict are excellent! The staff is very good especially the porters … thanks to them 😉

Location - A+++ Hotel lobby - Best Western 2020 Hotel room corridors - Best Western 1990 - smelly and banged up Room - Best Western 2010 - clean, large and banged up Breakfast A++++ (best in Brazil, outstanding selection and quality. Pool - dirty and un un used - 4 chairs for the entire pool which is in the courtyard with no direct sun. Overall simply a tired hotel that needs upgrading where it matters and not the foyer for selling rooms. Great value for your money.

Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton We stayed in Qoya Hotel Sao Paulo, Curio Collection By Hilton for 3 nights during our holiday in Brazil. The main reason we chose the hotel was due to positive reviews, reasonable pricing and the link to Hilton. Overall, we had an excellent stay that we truly enjoyed. The hotel shines in location, cleanliness, modern decorations of the rooms. We would definitely come back and stay here. Here is a detailed evaluation of specifics: Welcome: Our flight was arriving at 6:00 a.m. so we ended up at the hotel before 9 a.m. where we didn’t have any high expectations that we would be offered a room. We were greeted quite warmly when we arrived. The check-in staff quickly checked our reservation and told that the check-in doesn’t happen before 2 p.m. However, they had rooms available and they offered to check us in early for half a day’s extra cost. We opted to leave our bags in their safe and wait until the check-in time without any problems as we already had plans and we didn’t need the room beforehand. However, it would have elevated our check-in experience even further if these available rooms were offered in more of a courtesy manner, rather than trying to make money out of these limited times. The room: When we checked into our room, we were impressed with how modern and comfortable the room was. The aircon was working perfectly. The minibar was fully stocked and they offered free drinking water which is a necessity. The bathroom was recently refurbished and had perfect water pressure. There were plenty of bathroom amenities with good quality material and they all smelled amazing. The rooms were a bit small but the size limitation was well compensated with the quality of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and we didn’t want to leave our beds. Overall, it was a great experience and everything in the room was in working order. The hotel: The hotel is extremely clean and very nicely decorated. You can feel that it is a brand new hotel and the location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. You just take a few steps and you are at the Paulista Avenue with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The central location also makes it easy to take an uber to go anywhere in the city. Restaurant: Unfortunately, we didn’t use the restaurant of the hotel but there were two cool restaurants available. We cannot comment further as we enjoyed the wide variety of options on the Paulista avenue. Service: The staff are extremely positive and helpful. We didn’t experience even a single questionable behaviour and their professionalism was top notch. Overall: We loved our stay at this hotel and we would definitely come back to stay again in our future visits to Sao Paulo. The location and the modern decoration are definitely the biggest advantages. The rooms are slightly small but it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

Pullman - Sao Paulo Vila Olympia - Brazil--place is good as well very descent the best hotel in the region...it was had a beautiful park.. a very well fined restaurant .excelkent location this upscake hotel Vila Olympia at Brazil is a very popular by travelkers. They were love to stay...located in one of the main business hubs in the city of Sao Paulo ..

Very good hotel service, relatively large rooms, English communication is very convenient in hotels in Brazil, the hotel also has many facilities, but unfortunately I didn't have time to experience them. The breakfast is very rich.

2nd time at this hotel and for good reason! Aside from the amazing staff service and clean room, the one thing I always look for is a decent gym. This place has a full gym with equipment ranging from bench press to even a smith machine. Would definently go again!
