Staying in Hilton is always a confidence in quality and stability. So this time, staying in Sanya downtown, I chose by the brand and was right. Check- in and check- out were fast. First, it was difficult to find anybody who speaks English at the reception but I did! She was very helpful. Besides, I tried to use the services of a travel agency that operates here next to the reception, and again no one speaks English,so I had to explore the local attractions on my own. The market opposite the hotel was not noisy even at night, which was a pleasant surprise. If you want to swim in the sea, this hotel is not for you, although the city park with the sea coast is a 7-minute bike ride away. Walking is far and inconvenient, you can call a DiDi. But almost no one swims in the sea, everyone just stands and takes pictures of the sunset. It’s not a beach for swimming. But in the evening, the park is full of local dancers and singers, and the coastal hotels shimmer with beautiful lights. This Hilton has its own small swimming pool, it is convenient that it is located on the 3rd floor of the building, as well as a large children's playground nearby. In general, this hotel is very children – friendly, they have special themed rooms with toys and children's decorations, there are even some special glay modeling classes, and at the entrance to the hotel, children are greeted by a locomotive with wagons. But if you want to relax away from children, then you need to look for another hotel, because, for example, only children swim in the pool in the evening. Also, there was no lobby bar with music and vacationing people anywhere, most likely, people were out somewhere outside the hotel. But the overall impression of the hotel is positive, and its location near the airport makes it attractive too.

This hotel is right across from Sanya Bay beach, so this is really convenient for beach days. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and clean too. The buffet breakfast offers a mix of Chinese and western foods. At the top of the hotel there’s a small patio/balcony section where you can see Sanya bay. Good for photos! I would stay here again as I really enjoyed my stay. I think this hotel offers a good balance between affordability and quality.

Came from Nanshan, stayed one night in Sanya, and chose Hampong. It takes about ten minutes by car to make nucleic acid and eat seafood in the urban area. It is a very good location, not facing the street, and it is quiet. It has all the facilities and services that a five-star hotel should have. Experienced the swimming pool, restaurant, are very satisfied. In the room design, I like the study room the most, the independent reading space. Toiletries are Petrov's, like one. Only when I checked in did I know it was an airline partner hotel. I saw a lot of flight attendants, and it was a feast for the eyes, haha. As an excessive hotel, the price/performance ratio is good.

The hotel has a great location for families,for a single person it's a bit far from all the fun (but solvable by Didi).The room was really nice, super clean,the staff friendly, fast&easy to get to the airport, and there were some nice restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was totally worth it (58rmb), good selection of Chinese and western food.You just need to cross the road to be at the beach which was awesome!The pool is placed over the entrance so it gives a nice view, it's quite small tho and there are only like six sunbeds. Overall, I would def recommend it :)

The facilities are a bit old, but the sanitation is OK, the hot water air conditioning is strong, the toiletries are all available, but we bring our own toiletries and it is useless to the hotel. Easy parking. The place is quite big and self-driving parking is very convenient. There is also a swimming pool in the yard. The opening time is from 3 pm to 9:30 pm. It is a pity that there is no time to swim. The hotel has breakfast, white porridge buns, etc., can eat. The service attitude is good, I added WeChat at the front desk, and sent a message in the middle of the night to help the ice cake in seconds. The check-out time is overtime and there is no additional charge. My husband and I are very satisfied. Have the opportunity to come back and live here. Hahaha

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the seaside of Sanya Bay. The girl at the front desk helped me to upgrade to a family room on the sixth floor and I can see the sea. It is also very close to Yiheng Night Market. You can get there by crossing the pedestrian crossing on the right side of the hotel. I will recommend it to friends in the future. Staying in this hotel, the price is super high, and the service of the handsome guy at the check-out front desk is also super good. The hotel has free parking!

The customer service is very good, you can store your luggage, the refrigerator, washing machine and kitchen utensils are complete, and the kitchen is free to use. There are clothes drying racks and even a children's toilet, a sand digging tool, a stroller and a bath bucket. Anyway, it feels like it's all good. We thought about it. There is also a swing on the balcony. You can see the sea from the balcony. It is so beautiful. Take a look at the pictures. The tatami is perfect for children to sleep alone. I slept on it for two nights without having to worry about rolling off the bed. It is a separate space and the tatami is very large. An adult and a child can sleep together without being crowded, which is very reassuring. There is a row of restaurants in the community downstairs. We ate spicy food. We also ate at Lucky Manman’s Sichuan-style seafood restaurant. This hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It is conveniently located and well maintained. The swimming pool is lovely and there are many restaurants and shops in front of the hotel. It was very difficult to find as the name of the hotel is in Chinese and the building for check in looks more like a tourist information Centre rather than hotel reception. Apart from the hotel, please becareful of the going to the beach across this hotel. It is infested with sand flies that bite!!!!! My husband and I have over 50 sand fly bites over our bodies. I wish I had known this before going to the beach. Nobody warns you of this. If you do go to the beach, be sure to wear protective clothing if you don't want to get bitten.

4th time long term visitor. Management is doing a noticeable effort to keep improving services and facilities so they deserve a good comment. Rooms are very high top floor and have nice views of the bay. But I wont come back to Sanya Bay, the whole long of the beach has been ruined by the jet skis, it is now unpleasant to walk and crazy dangerous to swim.

I came to Sanya in April, and I chose the giant screen hall sea view room of this Fengshang Hotel Apartment. The room has complete facilities, comfortable environment, hygienic and clean, large space, and good service. It is very good! All 5 points! You can see the sea directly from the balcony, beautiful! The restaurants and supermarkets downstairs are very convenient, and the long coastline of Yemeng Promenade is just a few minutes' walk across the street

The location of the hotel is quite nice, not too far from the airport and in a big community, a few mins walk away from the beach. There is a pool which is pretty big but it is only open from 14-19 and you have to pay 20 RMB each time which wasn't mentioned before. If you come with a big family for a longer stay, that's pretty expensive. I just stayed there for 2 nights because I wanted to stay in a hotel closer to the airport and that was okay. I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna stay in the place for a longer time - it was a little dirty, the pictures look much nicer than the place itself. The furniture is very ”Instagram” but at the end of the day pretty basic, especially because I booked the honeymoon room. The washing machine and the balcony were nice though. Also the staff was nice.
