Our stay in MGM grand Sanya was amazing, it’s me, my wife and two kids! Since we did the check-in the staff was very friendly and they assigned a Guest relation expert to assist us during our stay, her name is Jelly Shen (Jelly小沈). She was absolutely amazing, anything we need she was ready to help, even booking restaurant outside hotel or helping us buying medicines for our kids and helping to get friendly with hotel agenda. Really amazing, she made our stay better! About the hotel, they have a nice structure, I stayed in the family room with golf course view, very big room and very clean! The only thing as sometimes trick, is that there is no options of western food on the hotel dinner. There is a buffet at swimming pool and we feel that they could have like a sandwich, French fries or pizza there, it would make even more pleasant our stay once it’s an international hotel. That was the only thing we miss there! The beach was really at doorstep and very clean, with staff always helping there. There were also a lot of activities for the kids.

This hotel has a beautiful location with its own coral reef. Large, spacious grounds with multiple restaurants all along a long sandy beach next to the reef. Our 管家, Wendy, was very helpful in helping us book a snorkeling time (with a coach who can take underwater pictures of you feeding fish using a GoPro) and the seafood buffet on the beach, which had unlimited Australian lobster, steak, and other seafood, and needs prior reservations. Overall, fantastic resort that's worth the price.

Our room was facing the ocean. It was lovely to hear the waves while sleeping. The room was big and clean. The bathroom/dressing area was the same length of the room... lovely. The pool personnel was nice and friendly. One of the pools was closed, however the sea view pool was nice when it wasn't interrupted by guests shouting into their phones or smoking to the side. The wind blows smoke towards the lounge chairs, so smoking anywhere near the pool should be banned. Unfortunate that it isn't a rule for smokers to smoke nowhere in the vicinity of pools. The breakfast was nice in the selection. However, when screaming kids it turned what could have been a relaxing start to the day to one of wolfing down food to escape the chaos. Bus boys would look at our table with empty plates and just look... not take our plates away. Not sure why. We can speak Chinese and even if English scared them away, it was just a plate. Would I return? Yes, because of the lovely view from the room, the size of the room, the pool, the cleanliness, landscaping, and beach (size and cleanliness).

The 3 night stay at Rosewood was very pleasant. Overall the hotel is excellent. It is clean, modern, and comfortable. I brought my partner to celebrate her birthday, and was not disappointed. Pros: -stunning scenery all around, a great place for taking memorable pictures. -private beach -the staff, and particularly the private helper Nanncy, were all very attentive and helpful. We received a room upgrade for free, along with complimentary cake and champagne for celebration. -all restaurants food, although very pricey, was delicious and professional. - the free-to-use spa/sauna/steam room is excellent. Went twice, and it was totally empty, and super relaxing. Cons: -breakfast was decent, not great. Definitely room for improvement for a hotel of this price/level. -The A/C in the room is a disaster. The room couldn’t get cold despite it being on all the time on the strongest settings. If someone has trouble sleeping when its not cold enough (like me), this is a problem. Besides this, the rooms are great and comfortable. -private beach is beautiful, clean, and spacious, but there are only like 10 chairs, and without umbrellas. Not ideal for staying for a long time. -location is decent, but there is not much to do around the outside of the hotel, definitely not anything within walking distance. Overall the stay was positive, despite most of the time being rainy.

The owner is super nice, the service attitude is very good, patient and friendly, the apartment environment is hygienic and clean, the transportation is convenient, the sea view is invincible, the room is clean and comfortable, next time I travel again, the second choice~

This place is a hidden gem! Check-in only took a few minutes and a doorman carried our luggage for us. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The beach is just across the street from the hotel. The hotel is also a bit farther away from the hustle and bustle on the main beach. Even though we are vegeterians, we had so many options to choose from for breakfast. They had a wide variety of dishes. They have a large, clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kejian. I stayed during the Spring Festival and this location is vibrant with life especially at night. The hotel is close to Yalong Bay and the outlets. You can choose to eat food at the many local restaurants down the road from the hotel or eat at the many stalls at night market. If you need a few necessities or other toiletries, there are stores just a few steps away from the hotel. The hotel is artsy and has a unique design. It was quite clean. My room was overlooking the pool. They cleaned the pool a few times while I was there. The breakfast is simple and satisfactory. It is Chinese and it is mostly vegetarian which is an ”A ”plus for me. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited, but we spoke through translators. The guy at the desk was patient and even helped me add the address in Chinese into my phone for food delivery. I will say be expected to hear music next door at night. It is some kind of restaurant/bar, but it stops around 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. I definitely recommend this place for solo travellers, couples, and even families. They even allow pets too. I definitely want to come back to this place when I visit Sanya again. Thanks for being so welcoming and making my first time in Sanya memorable.

The front desk is very staffed, and the location of the hotel is very convenient. When I was alone on my birthday, the hotel sent a birthday cake. It gave me warmth when my boyfriend and I were in a mood. I will choose here next time.

The room is very cost-effective, two minutes walk from Dadonghai Beach. We set a three-bedroom and one-living room for two nights! Living is also free! It is also convenient to take a taxi. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the first market and less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. It is also very convenient to take a taxi for less than 10 yuan to go to sea. It is very convenient to eat around. The coconut chicken is super close and delicious... The boss is very enthusiastic.

We had seven very comfortable nights stay in the hotel. The decorations are very aesthetically pleasing and the support from the staff is exceptional! They are happy to supply anything to make your stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible. 我们在酒店住了七个非常舒适的夜晚。装饰非常美观，工作人员的支持特别好！他们很乐意为您提供任何东西，让您的住宿尽可能愉快和方便。
