It is always my go to hotel . It’s affordable for longer stays . The location is good close proximity to the beach and food outlets . My only complaint would be that I requested a late check out ( which I would pay for the extra hours) but was refused . So I decided to book an extra night ( so I could have a late check out ) paid the full price and the same room was given . We just wanted to check out at 4 pm as we were heading directly to the airport and I was willing to pay for that 4 hours . Other than that they always clean our room and everything was fine

It's very convenient to go everywhere, and there are many snacks around. There is a square next to it, which is very lively. It is very close to the main road. There is also a barbecue stall next to the hotel. You can also have supper at night, which is great!

I was a little worried when I booked this apartment before, because the evaluation is not particularly good, but it feels good after I checked in. Because the location is the apartment, you will feel the atmosphere of life here, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove can cook, of course, if the tableware needs to ask the front desk. As for the location is a little bit biased, but there are buses at the door and nearby, and it is also 3 kilometers away from Sanya Bay. The room is not big, 1~2 people stay is completely enough, although there is no window, but because it is a small apartment, it is all transparent, there is a large balcony, no need to worry about lighting. Finally, you need to explain that everyone is the front desk, which is on the 1st floor of the entire apartment, and on the 1st floor is the supermarket on the one side, and the front desk of the apartment on the other side, which is relatively easy to find.

Amazing place to stay ; the location is super convenient but it can get noisy due it’s proximity to the beach : it’s a very active beach with many activities, helicopters and water sports with music from morning to evening but other than that the place is great with amazing and helpful staff

The community environment is very good, the house is a villa, the top floor room we live in is really comfortable, and the yacht center outside the balcony is very beautiful. The location is also very good. You can walk across the bridge to the most popular area for eating and shopping. You can rent an eDonkey in the homestay. The projection of the room is clear, there will be an aunt to clean the room, and the brother at the front desk also helps with luggage upstairs, and the service is pretty good.

The room is quite decent, and the breakfast buffet was relatively good. However, the front desk service did not meet the expectations based on the previous review. One of their staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall, our stay are quite pleasant but don't think we will choose to stay here again.

This is a beautiful place to stay, but was a bit further away from the beach than I had thought. Actually, over 3kms from the beach. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everyone is really helpful. One thing to note though, is that the breakfast is only Chinese style, they do not cater to Westerners in food choice at all. Marvel, the Manager I believe, went out of his way to help me feel happy. All in all, I would stay here again. The pools are beautiful and they really try to care for their guests. I really felt cared about. GREAT for children, a lovely, warm and caring environment. I liked it so much that I stayed 12 days! Totally recommend!

The service is very good. I decided to stay in a hotel temporarily with a few friends, and then I started looking for a hotel on the Internet. After running for two hours in Sanya, I finally decided to stay in Xing'an Changfeng Hotel. When I checked in, there was only one room left Double, the service from the lady at the front desk is very good, she immediately upgraded the family suite, the room is big and very kind, but the elevator is a bit old, and the ride at night is loud, slow, and a bit scary.

It is said that the twin room is actually a bed and a sofa bed. After all, it is in the community. I don't know if the situation is afraid of going wrong. I called to confirm the route. Room in Apartment. They all simular, View is a key of this place. Sea site. Serenity. Fresh air, balcony. So amazing with balcony. But room is not very clean, not cleaned well. Need to put attention on it. Reseption is OK. I often stay here for a while , but prices become higher and higher. Room is older 🙈
