I stayed at Hacienda Jurica for a quinceanera week with families from Queretaro State and friends from the United States. I very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel and spa was very well staffed with consummate professionals always available to provide service and assistance. Always kind, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed all our meals in the restaurant from the delightful breakfast buffet, with special offerings on the weekend, to evening meals. The bar was a relaxing spot for a cocktail. And the swimming pool was a pleasure. There are a variety of other activities to enjoy that we just did not have the time to enjoy. The room was clean, modern and quite restful. We did not experience any issues but were confident if we did the professional staff would have been readily prepared to address any needs. The city is readily accessible by taxi or uber, with kind assistance from the front doormen, and we enjoyed several walks to the modern shopping center and just down the street to a small convenience store, though the Hacienda does offer a small store for necessities. We were very pleased with our accommodations and the service. Wonderful place.

Room service is good.

The hotel is ok. There is a restaurant on the first floor. There is an OXXO convenience store nearby. There is a big supermarket just around two streets. There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. There are several parks nearby. There are a lot of activities in the evening and a very lively city. Area.

It was a little far from the old town and there was no restaurant nearby at night, so it was necessary to move.

When the receptionist arrived with bad attitude and bad attention ...GROSERA We were 4 people, we asked him for more towels (only there were 2) and two bottles more water and did not deny them. The room was clean, except for the mirrors that were seen with the hands of children and a chicle on the corner of the head. The only person who was very kind, serviceful and very good at the service of the cook, who was very cruel and very bad at the service of the food. I later arrived a Miss with a dress and high shoes, which began to help for a few minutes and went away. And I went to inspect a gentleman with a bag, which worsens everything, only saw and did nothing; he just stopped to drink tea or coffee and with despot attitude, he saw without repairing NOT. When I booked everything seemed right. When we arrived by taxi we couldnot see any hotel. But we were at the right address. The driver told me that some properties were hidding the fact that they are actually a hotel to avoid paying taxes. The facade certainly looked like one of those. It is a painted wall with a solid gate and nothing else.Upon arriving there is this big patio and the building in the back. Staff seemed courteous. As we arrived early I asked to see the room and it was clean and unoccupied. Very small. The closet area was wasted with dishes for 4 people that could never fit to eat there, I asked the man who took us to the room to please take all those dishes away. On top of that there was a microwave over and a coffee maker on a top shelf. That was so ridiculous. We were in the construction industry nadhave designed several buildings. I looked at the situation and the space for clthing and suitcases was precisely where they so wrongly tried to make an eating area and a ktichenette. There was instead an upper rack with 4 hangers, that was the only area for your clothes and nothing for your suitcases. The hardware for the door is very modern with numbers to open. The floors and bathroom features are new and modern.The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. There were 2 beds and hardly any room around each bed. As a result we had no room to place an open suitcase. We had 2 and a carry-on as we were travelling for 2 planned months. I basically had one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the floor. But if I wanted to be on the other side of that bed I had to climb the bed. The view from the room was the roof of other properties. There were death plants in the planters in the exterior. I had to make many calls to make sure that was cancelled with a full refund except for the one night we spent there. When we arrived the staff was told not to let us in the room until pass 3:00 p.m. although the room was ready an unoccupied. We had arrived from Medellin Colombia, we were tired. One guest owned a small dog that kept of barking. That was definetely in the hotel. It does have an elevator thanks God. I did not have a chance to take pictures of the room because I was too busy buying a SIM card for my cell and making calls to demand a cancellation of the reservation and a full refund -with the exception on the one night- and looking for antoher hotel to stay.

Was very pleased with every aspect of our 2 night stay in Queretaro. The hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The breakfast was great . The courtyard is pretty. The historic city center was beautiful . The aqueduct was mind blowing.

1. The style of express hotel is better than rujia and hanting. 2. The room is small, so put a suitcase, the room is a bit full. 3. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, shopping is not very convenient, but the scenery outside the window is very good.
