I want to take the time to share my experience at this Hotel,I'm sure that it can be helpful for other people. Stating with my check in I was greeted by door service and (Manuel Molina )at the hotel reception was very helpful and professional, he guided me through the entire process and explained all the hotel accommodations. Also want to say that the entirestaff, the doorman,bell captain,room service was out and beyond, I want to outline that the restorant is extraordinary,the food is excellent,and the kitchen staff very overwhelming. I want to recommend accommodations on deluxe rooms. Also wanted to thank (Ana Garia) because she was extremely profecional,helpful with minor issues that where correct immediately. The attention and friendly environment of the staff of this hotel makes it a 5 🌟s I recommend it over and over again. Forgot to mention they have private Parking as well for those who are not sure.

This was my 4th time staying in this hotel, and as always, I had a great experience. My favorite part of this place is the staff. Thanks Amable, Aimee, Luis and Pedro at the buffet and the rest of them. You guys make the place much better than what already it is. My only complaint/ suggestion it is about the ******, it is annoying that there are a lot of locals holding all the machines at the same time the play in other, and when you ask is the machines are occupied, because the hold them even with a bottle of water they are very rude and from the ****** staff nobody those anything.

This is a basic but very clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, the grouper dinner in their restaurant was inexpensive and the best I ever had ! I live in Florida where we eat grouper often. The room was small but the bed was very comfortable and I’m fussy about having a comfy bed. I plan to return when I come back to Santiago soon.

Very general, but the breakfast is delicious. The shower head is not good. Noise is a bit big Bad service The traffic is quite convenient There is a parking lot and parking is very convenient. The price is OK.
