Más que un hotel, un hogar donde aloj**** unos días. Trato exquisito, familiar y encantadores. Junto al comedor, un rincón de lectura y juegos para los niños. Música instrumental suave y muy agradable en los desayunos, detalle de bandas sonoras Disney para los niños. Los ventanales del comedor y del salón aportan mucha luz y un ambiente lleno de encanto. Detalles de muebles restaurados con un gusto exquisito. La habitación amplia y confortable, con aire acondicionado frío y calor. Ventanas térmicas, bañera tratada antideslizante. Neverita con agua sin cargo a la habitación. Hotel con piscina, pista de pádel y una grada con una explanada alargada para eventos variados. Un entorno muy agradable con párking privado, vigilado y cerrado. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La tarde noche de llegada, pese a no dar cenas, les faltó tiempo para hacernos unos sándwiches. Nos cambiaron las entradas de Cabárceno, ya que nos habíamos equivocado de día.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

The setting is in a pretty Spa village. The hotel is quite a big hotel and modern with lots of marble flooring. The Reception staff spoke some English and were friendly and helpful. Our room was a Junior Suite on the third floor. It was spacious with a large bed which was a relief after the cramped uncomfortable cabin we had on our trip over on Brittany Ferries. The decor is on the bland side but the view from the windows more than made up for this. We were the only English staying in the hotel but this was fine as we managed with a very helpful Restaurant Manager to work our way through the menu in Spanish. He also advised us to go in the Restaurant as the buffet room was going to be very busy. The food was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good too and had a plentiful selection. On our second night we ate across the road at their large cafe which has a nice outdoor terrace. The attraction for us was that we were able to eat earlier than the 8.30pm dinner service time that operates throughout Northern Spain. No English was spoken but we managed with helpful waiters and Google translate! The hotel is well known for its Thermal Spa Complex. We decided to try it despite no English spoken but again we managed with helpful staff and Google translate and managed to understand what we were supposed to do. This included wearing a swim cap provided by the hotel! It was a great experience and thoroughly therapeutic and relaxing. We had a good overall experience at the hotel and slept well. We would definitely stay here again even if it was only for a night passing through on our way south.

Brand new structure (opened at the end of July 2022) in a suburban area near the busy Santander ring roads. Spacious, colorful and very pleasant common areas, friendly and welcoming staff even if the very young age betrays on occasion the lack of experience. Room not very spacious and rather basic with the idea, as scenic as it is uncomfortable, of the shower in the center of the room and only the toilet in a very small separate space. Going to the bathroom you can experience the same experience as astronauts in a Soyuz. Good soundproofing but occasionally a few sirens are heard. The rest, however, was perfect and the beds were also comfortable. It was difficult to find it despite google: the entrance is in a secondary street where, however, there is no sign; it would be enough to add an indication to signal the entrance. We did three laps (of the ring roads and holy navigator!) Before figuring out where the entrance was. There is also a bus stop just a stone's throw away. Free private parking around and under the structure but I don't know if there is enough space for all guests. Very problematic air conditioning: there are thermostats in the room but they do not work or are not enabled, so the air is managed room x room by a panel at the reception to which we had to ask three times to turn it on, then lower it and finally turn it off x night because noisy and annoying given the small size of the room. Very negative We didn't try the breakfast but all in all it seemed like a good point of reference for a stop & go near the airport where actually there are not many alternatives in Santander while I would not recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Surely the young management has some points for improvement but the structure is of a good standard

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look like much but the interior more than makes up for it. Welcomed very nicely by staff and was easy to find our room. Room was a great size and lay out and the bed was incredibly comfy. There were always staff available if needed but we didn’t have any problems. The hotel was in a great location and the beaches and restaurant were lovely.

We stayed at this warm and quaint posada for one night during our Camino del Norte hike on June 2, 2020. The host was attentive, very accommodating and was incredibly generous with his time in helping us navigate the Spanish dinner menu. The location was perfect however keep in mind there isn't a supermarket or bar close by so ensure you bring whatever food or drinks you might need if not arriving by car. Fortunately we had some snacks with us and enjoyed a picnic on the grounds of the property. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel is just beautiful. The common rooms are decorated with very good taste. Large gardens and outdoor spaces. Swimming pool. Farm. There are several parking facilities so you don't need to worry**** about moving the car. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
