Nice room with balcony in the heart of Old San Juan. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street scene.

The place was beautiful, but nothing included, no breakfast, no discounts on drinks.
Went barefoot in the room, my feet were black from dirt.

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable.
AC was too cold, and temperature was locked so we could not change it ourselves.
Second floor room above Street was noisy. We asked to change to an interior room, quieter but smaller.

This was a great centrally located hotel . We had the king room with the terrace and it was wonderful . The front desk clerk was very friendly and took care of our every need . Overall a great stay .

A mixed bag.
Positives: Very large rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, location, kitchenette.
Negatives: A lot of outside noise late at night and early in the morning. Hot water luke warm. No restaurant, bar not open very often. safe broken. furniture getting a little shabby. A fairly average place except for the large rooms.

Nice boutique hotel in hear of old San Juan. The front desk staff are extremely helpful. The room are very clean and comfortable. Balcony views worth the extra cost.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to anyone we encountered during our stay, which was over Christmas holiday (plenty of reason to be bummed they were working)
Hotel is centrally located in OSJ, we found it easy to walk to all the great spots then pop back quickly to freshen up.
We'll be back
