The room was ok. the AC was not working well when i arrived and they had someone work on it very quickly. i will say that since this room faces the mid to end of day sun you should get an AC unit that is a little stronger. I had to keep my shades drwn down if i wanted the room to stay cool. Now that being said this is my second stay here at the Aloft Hotel and The front desk staff especially Esteffany Lafontaine and the other staff here at the Hotel are amazing, very attentive. they remembered me from my last stay and always greet you with a smile. It is a very busy hotel. the District has great food all around. I would recomend this hotel for anyone vacationing in PR. As a Lifetime Titanium and Ambasador Elite member I would think the welcome oints would be more then 500

If there were 3-4 people, we could put a double bed on the wall of the room. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the Atlantic Ocean, but the beach here is relatively large, and those who like surfing can surf.
