Modern , beautiful and clean . Also the service was 5 stars . Location is very central as well.

We arrived at this location after a terrible experience at another property that caused us to leave early. As we arrived we met Carmen who was entering the building as well and greeted us. The moment you enter the property it feels clean and smells great! Carmen and Omayra made all the difference during our stay. They were so attentive and sweet. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and upon arriving, I asked Carmen for extra pillows and she gladly went out of her way to provide them. The next day I met Omayra and she couldn’t have been more pleasant, both ladies made me feel at home. I want to thank them personally for their hospitality. I will definitely be back!

This area is dangerous and not safe for families. This area was hit hard by hurricane Maria and has never recovered. The hotel itself is next door to and surrounded by abandoned buildings. There are stray cats and roosters that run around the property. The cats look diseased and feral. The power to my unit and then the entire building went out and took hours to come back on. The property informed me that this is a common problem that this part of the island has. The locks on the doors to the units are useless and the doors to the units are made of glass panels. There were no curtains, blinds, or drapes in the living areas of the unit. The windows in the unit swing open wide with no screen and do not lock. After I checked in I asked for extra blankets and was asked why I needed them, I was told that the couch costs $4,000 and it should not be rested on, and offered an upgrade for more money. I was told that another guest who was going to be my next door wanted to downgraded to lesser space and I could pay extra for their bigger unit. Turns out this other guest that wanted to downgrade was actually the “handyman”.

BEWARE!! Sure power goes out in PR but with the rate you are paying to stay at this location you would think a generator would be mandatory! We were contacted as we were en route to check in that there was no power/air conditioning. We were moved to another city/location and were under the impression this stay would be complimentary due to the inconvenience. (The people at this hotel were super friendly and accommodating) After comparing the rates on line this hotel is a much cheaper rate!!! The next morning I text the owner and was told still no power & it would probably be a good idea to find another hotel. We had to look for another hotel at the last minute and again wait for check in time. ( after booking we were later contacted to let us know if we didn't find a place yet the power was back on) What was supposed to be a nice birthday getaway turned into a nigh**are! We were only refunded for one night. Had we known this we would've found a much nicer room/location to stay in the first night!. A proper refund should've been reimbursed!

Loved the moderno feeling of this property, and was super clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Area is quiet so got optimal rest when sleeping in :)

Responsive and kind management. Gave great recommendations. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Easy check-in and out. Everything was great

The small sign made finding the property quite difficult. The area is very run down but the property is very nice insid and has good secure access. The room facilities (fridge, coffee, mini bar) are in fact in the entrance hall. There was no wine, water or beer and very little coffee. The access relied on having internet access which we didn’t so thankfully a young lad helped by contacting the owner. There was no safe, which given the area would be advisable.

The accommodation is minimal, about 5-7 rooms ballpark. It is super convenient and close to Luis Munoz Airport. There is no signage on the facility besides a small name on the gate across their designated parking lot. It took us 10 minutes to locate the place- a signpost would be helpful. The location is what I can call a little gem in the middle of a very depressed neighborhood. My wife gave me an evil look when we exited our Uber, but her attitude changed upon our entry. While I didn't feel unsafe, the neighborhood doesn't give you a sense of safety. The host and staff were super excellent and helpful. Contrary to the neighborhood, the facility was spotless and, quite honestly, way better than 5-star accommodation. I'll give the accommodation 4.5 stars and 9 out of 10

Had trouble finding the place a Big alit Casa Ciana sign would make it more comfortable to get out of the cab after dark.
