Great experience. Very stylish and good location near St Paul Square restaurants. The staff was very polite and attentive. Everything is brand new and they have a bar and coffee shop inside. Rooms were well appointed and very comfortable.

I was very pleased with the 2 Queen Deluxe beds. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Book non smoking and if you smoke. Smoke in your car or outside. There is a $25.00 per pet fee for pets which is nonrefundable and that's understandable and reasonable. Breakfast is the usual waffles, cereal, etc. At least it's something. If you prefer a grand slam, take yourself to Dennys and buy it. If you purchase the deluxe room you have a coffee pot ( the one in my room was missing a tube so it didn't work), the fridge and microwave worked great and I reported the coffee pot. Guests should always report issues. If you do not report issues then they will not be corrected so instead of writing a nasty review. Report the issue. Give the hotel a chance to correct the problem. That is all have a good day.

Most Doubletree hotels offer a reliable comfortable experience, but my recent stay at the Doubletree San Antonio Airport was horrible on all fronts: - the hotel would not issue a digital room key to my Hilton app, so I tried to check in at the front desk. But there was no one there. I waited for at least 5 minutes until a person sauntered out from the back room. - Check in agent was surly. No recognition of Hilton Honor status, and no cookie. But no big deal. I went to the room. - hallway was dark and dingy and smelled musty. - there were two dirty coffee cups outside the room door. They had clearly been there for a while. - once in the room, the walls were so thin I could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next door. It was loud and one neighbor’s loud activities (which were beyond “R” rated) went on until well after 4 am. I got no sleep. - the bathrooms are tiny and dark. - the parking garage is not attached to the hotel and requires that you go outside to access it. Overall, I will never book at this hotel again and would recommend you avoid it at all costs!

It is a hotel that I would definitely like to stay next time. Good breakfast. The service of the hotel staff was attentive and the hotel felt comfortable. There is a shop near the hotel, which is very helpful.

There were some problems when I started to stay, and I waited for a long time, but I solved it satisfactorily. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Taking the No. 10 road, the car screaming at night is like a wind.

The location is excellent, there is a small river going out, there are many restaurants by the river, the starting point of the boat tour is next to the hotel, there is a small supermarket next to it. At night, the bustling city is a bit like Lijiang, and it is very interesting to walk along the river in the drizzle. Every meal is chosen by the river, I like that feeling too much. At the breakfast, there is a duck to eat at the table. If you don't give her a bite, you are too clever little duck. It doesn't look like a hotel breakfast. The hotel is a star-rated hotel with a good standard. The elevator directly down to the river is slower, other services are good, parking in the opposite parking building, very convenient, compared to other hotels around the price is cheap, 31 dollars a day, it seems that there is an additional cost of 2 dollars.

Really great experience!! Staff was great. Riverwalk next door was convenient!! Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Room was clean. Breakfast and the kickback hour was amazing. Had a really fun and great time for our little mini vacation this weekend. The shops near by were fun to go into and get souvenirs.

The valet made things easy and were waiting upon check in. Valerie at the front desk was amazing and answered all of my questions on the area. She loves her job and is a pleasure! Big room with a lot of space and a balcony. Great location for anything downtown on the riverwalk. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again!

Hotel location is very good, although the room is a little small, but value for money, including breakfast, the price is also very good, like breakfast with fresh apples and bananas, hot tea coffee during the day, small daisy tea at night, can Said to be very intimate. At check-in Israel the bellman was the only saving grace from this weekend stay. A four or 5 bubble rating is not just about the room or the view. In this case both were great. It is also about the service and amenities. I requested a bathrobe for my husband and myself. Unfortunately, only one of the two had a belt. I requested that our car be brought to the front as advised 20 minutes ahead of when we needed it. We even spoke directly with the valet and explained that we were going to get breakfast and would easily be back in 20 minutes. Well, 20 minutes later when we returned, there was no car. So, we waited about 15 more minutes just to get the car. We wanted to order room service for lunch but there is no room service between 11am and 5pm. Forget about maid service. I made 3 unanswered calls to the desk on our room phone and finally called the hotel from my iPhone on the main number. When we got back about 11am, the room had not been done. Oh, by the way, you have to request that room service be provided each day which I had done at check in. I was told that there was no guarantee that room service would be provided when we were out of the room after 5 PM that evening. I was also given the wrong excuse: “We’ve been very busy” with no “I’m sorry and I’ll get it corrected as soon as possible.” My husband found a maid in the hallway and asked her to clean the room…which she did right then. Getting help with our luggage on check-out was also a comedy of resourcefulness. We personally asked a bellman when we entered the hotel to help us. He said that he would be right up with the cart. So, 15 minutes later, I went out into the hallway and spotted a bellman in the hallway about 3 doors down. He said that his understanding was that the bellman had called the room (??) and that no one had answered (??) so he decided not to come up with the cart (!) and had cancelled our request(!). Incredible. So, at this point, the other people were not ready, so the bellman asked if he could come back after he helped my husband and me down. They were nice enough to agree to that arrangement. The hotel failed miserably for us on this stay.
