This hotel is good and has a very good buffet breakfast and I also enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, the beach which the hotel overlooks is difficult to access and also has a large building site next to it. The wifi is shocking and it is almost an exaggeration to say that it exists. In the rooms it keeps cutting out and in the restaurant it is not available at all in some parts

You're going to get away from this place. You're treating the client with total disrespect and disrespect. I booked for Booking 20 days before the trip. When I arrived at the check-in, the hotel team reported that it had no rooms available, that the rooms were not in a position to receive guests and therefore were blocked, and that Booking was making the rooms available for an error of the hotel. Booking systems and they had no way to change that. They said it was not possible to contact who booked because Booking does not provide any form of contact, which is a lie because I received a confirmation email with a message from the ”Team Oyo” a few days after booking. It was so lie that the next day the No-Show fee was still collected and they sent a message saying I didn't appear after confirming the reservation. the lack of communication between the network managers and the hotel team, and I am thinking of the state of conservation of the rooms to have such treatment. we were not the only, during the time we tried to solve had other 3 guests who arrived and had the I had to look for another hotel at 21:00, after hours of travel and rainfall, with travel costs.

I went to sleep quietly, I would stay only one night, I stayed in a top room, at the 21st floor. The next day to go down to breakfast I found that the 4 lifts were stopped due to a canoe break. ok that accidents happen and there was little to do, But I think it lacked a little crisis management by the staff who did not have a lot of tattoo to deal with the situation so strange. I had to go down and climb the 21 floors by the stairs. I had paid a part in points and a part in money for staying. and a lot of money. I am very pleased to have the money returned, but in any way I think there is a lack of better risk and crisis management in situations like this.

The hotel has good service, organization and impeccable cleanliness, but it still leaves something to be desired. Towels - they were torn and very worn Breakfast - could be better, with more options and more northeastern flavor. I know it is a 3-star hotel, but if it could be improved it could reach 4.

The hotel needs urgently a retirement, the room in which I stayed had a moof and the bathroom too. The lifts also need a reform. Breakfast needs improvements, needs to be more diversified. The bed linen and towels need to be exchanged, they were very wearing.

Excellent service. Morning coffee is quite diversified. The room was comfortable, clean but the air conditioning was very noisy. But in general, it was a very pleasant hosting.

Outstanding service by the people who’s working here. They’re made sure I’m aware and familiar with everything at the hotel and showed real care about my well-being. Hotel location just across the beach and even some people saying it’s not good beach I’ve have a good time. There is everything you need around the hotel, supermarkets, small shops, pharmacies etc. Uber easy take you to main tourist attraction within 20 min ride and it’s cheap. Breakfast is like in most hotels whoever very good quality and presentation. Really happy with stay. Highly recommended.

The Novotel Salvador Hangar Aeroporto best features are its location near the airport, newer facilities than most properties in Salvador, and it operates under the ACCOR hotel brand. Despite these advantages, I must report a unacceptable experience during my stay December 28th to 31st 2022 followed by deplorable managerial customer service in response to verified and documented service failures. I have reported these issues to my travel agency, my corporate travel unit, and my personal travel networks. As I discovered this property using Trip Advisor, I have decided to report this matter for the benefit of my fellow readers. I do not recommend this property for business travelers nor cultural tourism travelers (especially not those seeking afro-Brazilian tourism or those welcoming to the African diaspora). I share some reasons herein: • Unreliable Service: During my stay I experienced one major internet outage over six business hours, as well as minor room outages (less than 30 minutes) on each day of my stay. This hotel was advertised as catering to business travelers, but the hotel provided no updates when internet would be restored despite repeated requests. I did not receive any support to manage the disruption to my teleworking, and personnel were unable/unwilling to facilitate solutions (At one point, I was recommended to use the free internet of one of the shopping malls. Imagine carrying expensive computer equipment to what my taxi driver warned was a “high crime” area). Sadly, the ability of the reception staff to identify solutions was more unreliable than the internet service. • Poor Room Quality: This hotel advertises rooms of high standards of quality, and I am sure many receive good rooms. However, I received a room that was both substandard quality (bathroom sidings and interior furniture water damaged, door malfunction, refrigerator malfunction) and pollutted by the buildings HVAC exhaust being poorly designed, allowing exhaust to flow against rooms on the lower floor (high noise pollution noticeable when sleeping). I believe most guests do not have this experience, as the issue likely affects few rooms on the lower floors. However, when choosing this property, one must ask the question, how does the receptionist decide who receives these rooms which experience high dust inflow and high noise pollution (I have videos and photos available upon request). Why are some customers placed in quality rooms, and others assigned to substandard rooms (noting the hotel has standard room types based on bed requirements)? Why did this hotel property assume that one of their few afro-descendent customers would accept the worst room in the property? • Deplorable Managerial Level Customer Service: Upon checkout, a customer service representative noted my dissatisfaction with my hotel experience, and asked if I would be willing to receive inquires from hotel management the next business day. Location in front of the beach. As regards the facilities, some improvements are needed. 2 points have bothered me more: 1 - The room I stayed, I believe the balcony had passed through a painting, still was with a safe floor sticked on the floor, it became a little strange, for I felt like being in a room that is passing through work. The pool was with dry water, and needed more efficient filtration and aspiration.

The hotel has a beach outlet, is very wide, with beautiful spaces, such as the pad and the gardens. The environment is wonderful, from the pool you see the blue sea (a little brave sea!!). The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. The room is quite simple and it would be good to re-model it, but the truth that you spend a little time in the room and that was not important for us. The attention is good and the capirinha excellent!! We would certainly return.
