I went to sleep quietly, I would stay only one night, I stayed in a top room, at the 21st floor. The next day to go down to breakfast I found that the 4 lifts were stopped due to a canoe break. ok that accidents happen and there was little to do, But I think it lacked a little crisis management by the staff who did not have a lot of tattoo to deal with the situation so strange. I had to go down and climb the 21 floors by the stairs. I had paid a part in points and a part in money for staying. and a lot of money. I am very pleased to have the money returned, but in any way I think there is a lack of better risk and crisis management in situations like this.

My family and I stayed at the Wish with interconnecting rooms in August 2022. This worked really well for us. Lobby area is large and airy with lovely decor. Pool area looked really nice but was not warm enough for us to use. The gym was modern with plenty of choice in equipment. Had some lovely evenings at the bar drinking cocktails made by Mauro. We were allocated rooms on level 11 so we had the perfect view over the city. Just wish the windows had been cleaned. Our view was a little cloudy! On one occasion we had music outside the park for us to listen to! Plus we watched some lads playing soccer. Room sizes were good. Beds were supercosy with good selection of pillows. The decor was a little tired and could do with freshening up. There was a musty damp scent in the room on arrival which we resolved by opening the window. This must be due to the climate where its warm and wet in Winter. Breakfast was lovely each morning with lots of choice. Just wish they had some plant based alternatives. E.g soya milk, margarine etc. Outside the Wish hotel is a park which a huge monument and fountain, if you wish to take a morning stroll/jog. There are council exercise machines next to the childrens playground. We were fortunate to see Capoeira training going on. Other than that there is nothing else. A short cab ride away will take you to Bahia shopping mall - Really good food court on ground floor here - Oriental, Italian and Brazilian. Plus a good place to do a money exchange. Cash is king here guys! The tourist spots like praca da sa, Pelourinho, Rio Vermelho etc are 1.5 miles away. Hotel taxis accept card payments. Which is really convenient. Be prepared to hold on to dear life when taking a random taxi from the street. Some drive like lunatics. Our taxi from airport to hotel was like this. Maybe its worth booking a hotel transfer with Wish. Overall if I could afford the Fasano I would stay there for the luxury plus location,but if you require something more easy on the pocket and away from the madness of the tourist areas, I would choose Wish de Bahia. The hotel needs urgently a retirement, the room in which I stayed had a moof and the bathroom too. The lifts also need a reform. Breakfast needs improvements, needs to be more diversified. The bed linen and towels need to be exchanged, they were very wearing.

You're going to get away from this place. You're treating the client with total disrespect and disrespect. I booked for Booking 20 days before the trip. When I arrived at the check-in, the hotel team reported that it had no rooms available, that the rooms were not in a position to receive guests and therefore were blocked, and that Booking was making the rooms available for an error of the hotel. Booking systems and they had no way to change that. They said it was not possible to contact who booked because Booking does not provide any form of contact, which is a lie because I received a confirmation email with a message from the ”Team Oyo” a few days after booking. It was so lie that the next day the No-Show fee was still collected and they sent a message saying I didn't appear after confirming the reservation. the lack of communication between the network managers and the hotel team, and I am thinking of the state of conservation of the rooms to have such treatment. we were not the only, during the time we tried to solve had other 3 guests who arrived and had the I had to look for another hotel at 21:00, after hours of travel and rainfall, with travel costs.

Very cozy and friendly hotel atmosphere..Service was professional, friendly and caring for all our needs. Travelled wih my husband on vacation. Room was cleanned everyday, room service was attentive to our requests, only the cleanliness of bathroom lacked attention. Air conditioning, being a beach front summer hotel, worked perfectly. Some of the employees went above and beyond their duties to help our staying feel like home. Mauricio at the poolbar and Gabriel - great friendly delicious tropical cocktails served. Carlos Jose at the main Hotel Restaurant did a fantastic job with a smile always. Barbara at the restaurante was exceptional. The receptionists always had a genuine friendliness way to make us happy to be back with a smile and what can we do for your staying be perfect? Trully we enjoyed once again be the guest at the facility. Will be back!

The hotel has good service, organization and impeccable cleanliness, but it still leaves something to be desired. Towels - they were torn and very worn Breakfast - could be better, with more options and more northeastern flavor. I know it is a 3-star hotel, but if it could be improved it could reach 4.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautiful. It is right on the top of the hill of Rio Vermelho and it offers a free service from the hotel to the main street and the other way around. When we arrived we found very nice receptionists. We were initially given an accessible room, we requested to change it as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon. One evening the hotel staff treated us with strawberries, chocolate and 2 brigadeiros ＜3 The room was very nice and clean, with all the comforts. The breakfast, unfortunately, wasn't very good. The quality was poor. The positive thing is that we could order omelettes and tapiocas cooked at the moment. All the staff very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended! :)

This hotel is good and has a very good buffet breakfast and I also enjoyed the evening buffet there. However, the beach which the hotel overlooks is difficult to access and also has a large building site next to it. The wifi is shocking and it is almost an exaggeration to say that it exists. In the rooms it keeps cutting out and in the restaurant it is not available at all in some parts

On the post-23 hours reception. One receptionist's service, very slowly. Suggestion: if check in has been made with a QR Code confirms the entry and only the key is delivered or is already available in a key-to-key balcony or box.

We do not like the care at the very beginning of the day. the arrival, staff without patience, asked to make the record, not succeeded, much without will they called another person to help. We stayed 8 days in total in Bahia The first time we found someone with bad humor, I thought it was important to report even pq, the first impression is that which is left Good morning.
