All the staff are friendly and the location is good as it is in downtown Garapan! If you apply for a tour, they will pick you up at the very end and pick you up first. When I was picked up from the airport to my hotel, Hyatt was the cheapest, and almost all tours were the cheapest. It was better because of that, and I also walked around downtown Garapan haha Easy to shop

Upon pulling up to the exterior of the hotel, it didn't look like much -- honestly a little worn and beat looking, but upon entering we were blown away! The lobby looks very newly renovated, very open, with a stunning view to the pool and ocean in the entryway. The staff was very friendly, and after a long red eye flight, we were very happy to have an early check-in with no extra fee added. The room also looked and felt brand new. Nice floors, bedding, with airy light colors. Two free water bottles were included each day in the room as well. There were two pool areas, one for kids, and one for adults. The pools were never crowded, with plenty of seats and umbrellas. The beach is right on the property, but we were disappointed that there weren't any seats for lounging on the beach. It would have be nice to sit and look out at the stunning views. As far as food goes, we ate every morning in the small coffee shop on the lobby. They made a variety of hot drinks, smoothies, with pastries and small sandwiches for sale. Perfect for a light lunch or a snack later in the day. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant -- we had a great table outside. They were offering a buffet that night, but we opted to do the al la carte option instead. Both of our dishes were tasty, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the evening. Overall, the hotel is super quiet and one of the most relaxing parts of our trip.

The hotel is pretty and tidy. There is also a water purifier and microwave, so it's good to eat cup noodles or simple instant food, and it was nice to spend time on the terrace outside in the evening! The owner's lady can only speak Chinese, but she worked hard on the translator, responded kindly, and took care of this and that. Haha If you stay for more than two days, she will clean it, so you can take care of important items separately!! It was a good value for money accommodation!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are perfect and have everything that should be there. The sofa in the lobby is really comfortable! And there is a kitten and dog! Hygiene: This price is really beyond my imagination! Basically change every day! I am easily allergic, and I am safe and comfortable! Environment: Because the hotel is located in a relatively high location, the view of the sea will be very unique! We were cloudy for a few days in Saipan. We saw a very unique sunset at the hotel (picture 1) the day before, we couldn't see the sunset at a beach at all (picture 2) and it was very healing to open the curtains every morning! But the hotel owner was really good. Since we didn't have a car at the airport, we helped us call the car to the hotel. The hotel environment is very good, there are more Korean tourists, but a little distance from the city center, taxi 10 dollars to start. The waiter here has a very bad attitude towards the Chinese. Because we are on the early morning flight, we have no meals for a day of accommodation, but the breakfast on the day is available in the book. The waiter took our room card and waited for us to go to the waiter to get the room card after breakfast. It is still in the city center. The nearby hotel duty-free shops are just a short walk away. When I play, I go to the crown to go to the toilet. The paper is thicker than Kensington.
