Just topical motel 6 nothing fency and decent clean room just for work

The service was terrible. I was treated with discrimination when it came to parking at the motel. Specifically, when returning at the motel the first night of my stay, I was approached by a Moyel 6 employee by the name of Mozee. Mozee subsequently mentioned to me that I couldn't park in the parking place next to the dumpster trailer on site. She stated that there were cones that had been blown away from that particular spot, so that was why they weren't in position to barricade off the parking spot in question. After the conversation, I parked elsewhere. A short time later, another vehicle had parked there with no consequence. I have pictures to validate these allegations of selective "rule" enforcement as this had taken place over a period of two days. Moreover, the next morning, I approached the service window to speak with a Motel 6 employee and had seen Mozee in the office. While in discussions about the above related topic, I explained that there were others who had parked in that very same spot, yet were able to remain there unabated. Mozee was apathetic to my plight and even disregarded my concerns. This is while even showing a picture of the van in that very parking place. There are only two questions I have regarding this situation. 1. Why didn't Mozee at any time during my stay pick up the cones and place them back to their rightful position? And 2. Why was Mozee the only employee enforcing this so-called "rule" and selectively at best? Finally, I desire to briefly address the two pictures of the towels in my room. As you can see, there is hair on that towel. I left it there intentionally to observe whether or not it would be changed out by the cleaning technician the next day. It wasn't. Mind you, I was the only person in that room the entire time during my stay, and I shave my head regularly, so it certainly wasn't mine. I respectfully request an investigation be conducted into their egregious and nefarious conduct towards me. Please email me if you have any further questions or concerns, and I'll promptly respond. There are only two hotels I prefer to stay at and truly like and this motel 6 is one of them. This hotel ranks high on all aspects.This trip I stayed in two rooms and they both were spotless, the bed was new and so comfortable, there was a fridge and microwave that helped a lot. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was amazing I'm customer service she was so accommodating and pleasant about doing it. By far when I need a room again in the future I'll be coming to thos motel 6

Front desk service is great, area too quiet kind like scary it’s far from large street, good thing is they have the fence cover around …. It look safety! Parking front of your room, my room is single bed, no refrigerator, room and shower room is clean, but on the wooden floor it’s too much stain being bleached and become white spots ….. , some of the area on floor it’s sodas stained not yet cleaned, room not bad no bad smell, still ok to stay in, $86 per night, I just driving too tired, stopped by check in stay one night only! So, I just need a decent room to sleep, next day I got a long driving !

My wife and I have stayed here 3 times. We need to be in Sacramento periodically for medical care. The price is great- under $70 per night. There is a microwave and refrigerator which helps keep our food costs down. The TV is also great. The picture is sharp, the sound is very good. The channel selection was surprising. There was a bunch of premium channels as well as regular TV.

THERE IS NO HOUSE KEEPING. NO ONE WILL CLEAN THE ROOM. YOU HAVE TO BRING TOWELS, SHAMPOO, VACUUM, SHEETS, TOILET PAPER, . YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR OWN ROOM.

This was our 5th time staying here. Always a pleasure as the check-in/out fast efficient and always a quiet stay. Don’t be shy of the area this place is top of their class.

The staff was not as willing to help my frustrating situation and said they tokd ne more than once about being late to extend but only once. Would never go back there.
