Fast and friendly check in. Quiet surroundings. Close to food and shopping.

Arrived at 10:10 PM and there was no one at the counter in the lobby until 10:40 PM. The property outside is dirty. The room itself had no cups, the phone to the front desk has no telephone wire connected to the wall. The television had no remote and was wobbly. The WiFi was horrible and kept cutting out, I was on an important meeting online and had to keep logging back in to the WiFi. The bed covers are more like just tip sheets. No coffee abilities in the room, no cups, no utensils or plates. The light switch when I walk in the room turns on nothing.
Absolutely Bare bones minimum amenities. Would never stay here again. Weird tweaks hanging around the parking lot.

Roaches, room was dirty and unclean when we arrived. Only had ONE towel. Staff were helpful and somatic but the room was trash.

We did not stay. It does not look sanitary. Linen and bed were nicely done but there are hair under the linen which made me not wanting to stay. The bathroom smells smoke. Also, we had luggage to carry upstairs but no carrier and elevator. I ask to have my refund. The staff that was working said the charge is returned to my card, refunded per employee (named Joy).

I booked a king bed room with couch but there was no couch. The tv remote was busted in two and didn’t work. The pictures in the wall had broken glass. There was a terrible smell in room. The kitchen counter and bathroom counter had a wax like substance splattered all over it. The kitchen cabinet door was broken and didn’t close all the way. They didn’t provide any shampoo or soap. There were no kitchen utensils or plates or cups.

It's not a hotel it's more or less an apartment complex. Families
living permanently. Entire Room smells of smoke can not even breathe.

First, the service at the front desk was awful. There were at least two people talking in a room behind the front desk and they let me stand at the counter for more than 10 minutes because one woman said she was on break. When I finally got checked into my room, it was on the second floor. The handles on the staircase were held on with duct tape. The concrete stairs were badly cracked and unsafe. When I opened the door to the hotel room, it stunk and when I walked through it I found cigarette ashes on the counter in the bathroom. When I refused the room they couldn't even print a confirmation of the cancelation because they said they didn't have a printer that worked! I didn't stick around long enough to take pictures to add to this post.
