"O quarto era lindo, mas não bem cuidado, o banheiro parecia velho, tinha rachaduras e sinais óbvios de desgaste. O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem, não sei se era a conexão do controle remoto com o ar condicionado, mas eram necessárias várias tentativas toda vez que queríamos ligá-lo ou desligá-lo. Muito longe de tudo, está tudo bem se você tiver uma bicicleta ou carro, mas tenha em mente que não há lojas a uma curta distância e não há trilhas para caminhadas ao longo dessas estradas, é muito perigoso tentar se locomover a pé. No geral, foi uma boa experiência porque o bangalô era deslumbrante e a praia também, mas esperaria uma manutenção melhor pelo preço."

"I stayed at Arkbar for 2 nights and unfortunately, it was a very mixed experience. The positives: The location is definitely great—right on the beach and close to everything in Koh Samui. Check-in was quick and easy. The facilities, especially the pool and beach area, are nice and lively during the day. The negatives (and they outweigh the positives): Noise: Sleeping here is nearly impossible unless you’re planning to be out partying all night yourself. It’s not just the music (which I expected), but the guests—people shouting in the hallways at 3am and again at 6am, waking me up both nights. Cleanliness: Honestly unacceptable. The bed sheets were stained, had hairs, and even bugs. The bathroom was filthy—handprints on the mirror, used cotton buds on the floor, and grime in the shower. I called to have it cleaned, but they only changed the bed sheets. Customer Service: When I told the manager about the room at checkout, her response was just “sorry, no one told me,” which doesn’t really cut it. Only after I mentioned leaving a review did she offer a “free breakfast voucher”—which was a joke, as it didn’t even cover a full meal and drink. Restaurant: Speaking of food, I tried the avocado toast with poached eggs and it was the blandest thing I’ve ever tasted. Overpriced, underwhelming, and disappointing overall. No discounts for guests at their own bar or restaurant either, which felt stingy considering the prices and what you get for it. For the amount of money I paid, this was absolutely not good enough. Unless you only care about partying and don’t plan to sleep or care about cleanliness, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. Would not recommend."

"We extended our stay, here, to double our original booking! Perfect location - not super busy or full of tourists. Great restaurants nearby and best of all, the calmest, least busy beaches. So serene. The owner of the property is so nice! All the staff speak English and are super friendly. The rooms are super clean and spacious. I would 100% stay here, again."

A única coisa em que eles podem trabalhar, diríamos, é antes de tudo o serviço de bebidas e comida. Normalmente, você deve ficar de olho nos seus hóspedes, provavelmente se você tem um happy hour, para dar uma volta no balcão da piscina e no local, para oferecer a promoção.
