"Location is not as accessible therefore travelling via private hire/taxi is highly recommended. However the resort facilities and the ranch next to the resort makes it a good 2D1N trip. One area for the resort to work on is the tiles of the bathroom. It appears to be rather slippery which can be dangerous for young children and seniors."

"the hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!"

"Easy check in. Family room is located at a separate building. Big toilet as it includes the hot spring tub. The stairs up to the other bed is a little dangerous for young kids though, as they're a bit higher than usual step height; have to supervise closely. Space is quite tight for 3 luggages."

The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea."

"We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!"

"Excellent location just a few steps in front of Luodong station, however would easily miss the entrance as you need look outside building for hotel name. 4pm check-in is late, we got a room allocated 15-20mins ahead after waiting some time. The room layout is unique with a strong industrial design and open concept. Best was the spacious bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Just lack of a proper handwash! The double bed was comfy to sleep too, recommend Hive Hotel."

"The room was fantastic! The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were great too. The bathing area is integrated with the room, but there's a curtain for privacy. The bathtub is huge, easily big enough for two people. The water is all hot spring water, which felt wonderful! We even received a small gift since we stayed during Chinese New Year. It's a truly great hotel!"
