"We like the private onsen in the room. We could do cold or hot plunge according to our liking. The hotel looks great from the exterior, but my room does look a little dated. Love the option of getting extra pillow like latex or memory foam one without extra charge."

The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi."

"Location is not as accessible therefore travelling via private hire/taxi is highly recommended. However the resort facilities and the ranch next to the resort makes it a good 2D1N trip. One area for the resort to work on is the tiles of the bathroom. It appears to be rather slippery which can be dangerous for young children and seniors."
