"Amenities provided from the hotel were great like free shuttle to the train station, access to the spa baths and areas, breakfast and dinner buffet. Unfortunately the room we were given was a separate building all the way in the back of the resort where their employees live. No option for smoke free rooms on trip.com and per the front desk there were no other rooms available.
A cart shuttle service allows transport to and from the room to the main building. Keep in mind this service ends after 12am.
Room is older and has a moldy smell. Robes weren’t provided to us in the room to walk around the spa area with. There is a restaurant where you can order takeout but that closes around 11pm. 2 stars because of the free shuttle and access to spa pools."

這裏的温泉水質確實不錯，一泡就知道是天然的，泡完皮膚滑滑的，疲憊感減輕不少。公共温泉區池子很多，葯浴、花浴、按摩池、小童池等都有，温度選擇也多，能滿足不同需求。
**住宿方便，部分房型帶私湯**
我們住的是葡式別墅/園林別墅（可根據實際情況選擇），房間挺寬敞，設施齊全。如果訂的是帶私家温泉池的房型，私密性很好，想泡就泡，很方便。度假村有免費電瓶車接送，不用擔心走路累。
**服務環境都不錯**
工作人員態度熱情，有求必應。度假村環境清幽，綠樹環繞，空氣很好，温泉區的風鈴聲也挺有特色。
**餐飲實惠**
餐廳的農家菜味道地道，分量足，價格也不貴，釀豆腐、茄子煲挺下飯。
**周邊有南華寺**
離南華寺很近，幾分鐘車程就到，可以順便去逛逛。

Many landscapes have hot spring pools, and the bathrooms should be equipped with floor heating, so bare feet feel comfortable. The soundproofing of the room is not particularly good.
The hotel is surrounded by Wanshaoyuan, Dongguan and Shaoguan Economic Cooperation Zones. There are many scientific research and trade institutions next to it. The landscape is designed with trails, which is great for running."

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China.
If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

As camas duplas são Muito grandes, o balcão TEM um armário de roupa, UMA casa de banho seca separada, UMA Sala de roupa e um ventilador EM UMA área de banho quente.O Parque de diversão Das crianças é Muito grande. A desvantagem é que a segunda Sala está longe do restaurante e do bairro quente. O recibo de Peixe é de Papel. Você TEM que levar o chá quente para o banho de peixe. Assim que Entrar, você TEM que levar o primeiro banho de peixe ou colocá-lo no SACO de água do telefone.

No Grande Canyon, um tal hotel é Muito bom. Embora seja UMA Casa de madeira, é limpo e reservado quarto de milho (com um pequeno balcão que Pode ser enchido), atualização gratuita e elegante, não é grande, MAS é limpo e limpo. A sala está rodeada de grama, mover a mesa para a porta e ter um senso de ar para a noite, É o Ambiente que gostamos.O pequeno-almoço é simples, MAS é suficientemente estúpido.

前台登記的小姐姐太温柔了，為小姐姐打call，因為沒有預訂到大床房，定的雙床，現場請她幫忙換成了大床，非常的感謝！酒店很大，環境不錯，衹要在室內暖氣都特別足，就是房間的廁所燈光都是以黃色為主，近視眼感覺不那麼舒服，再就是化粧的時候光線有點影響，晚上泡個温泉，熱乎乎的，太適合來這裏放空度假了，退房離開的時候還給了當地的特色做伴手禮，服務是真的特別的好！

第三次入住這家酒店了，第一次2013年過來還不叫南嶺酒店，好像是龍華山温泉酒店。設施確實比較舊了，但與十幾年前相比看得出來重新裝修過。洗手間馬桶浴缸很新的，陽台的雙人泡湯浴缸以前也沒有。餐廳晚餐食材新鮮味道OK。附近梅關古道春節期間紅梅正當盛放，遍山梅香。也有白梅、綠梅、珍珠梅、宮粉梅、臘梅。12月初應是賞臘梅最佳時節。美中不足酒店還在裝修，另外浴室衞生不夠細緻，下水道口明顯有頭髮沒收拾。早上七點半退房，提前聯繫想要一份拎着走早餐，答覆早餐8點才能供應…
