"Stayed at hotel 3x times over 2 weeks. Room # 3609 has obvious water seepage issue on the bedroom wall, from the shower water most likely, so do expect some wear and tear, seeing hotel has been around for couple of years already .. Also wish the main toilet was better thought out, with counter space and also space to hang used towels, etc..
Other than that, we are truly happy with hardworking front desk and house-keeping staff who took very good care of us and make the shortfall in the hardware aspect more bearable."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, with housekeeping done properly every day. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making both check-in and extending my stay smooth and easy. Food delivery is brought directly to the room by a robot, which is very convenient and adds to the sense of safety. I originally booked three nights, but enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to extend it. The hotel also provides washing machines and dryers, which is a big plus for longer stays. Gosto deste hotel, esta foi a segunda vez que fiquei lá e continuarei a fazê-lo em visitas a Qingdao. A localização é excelente, pois é perto do mar, shoppings e bem ao lado do metrô. A equipe é amigável e prestativa. O café da manhã tinha um bom valor, embora estivesse lotado, pois era um feriado importante. O hotel é muito limpo e o chuveiro era muito potente.

I had an exceptional experience during my six-night stay at this five-star hotel, and I especially commend Manager Lee for his outstanding service. They were attentive to our needs and even added bed rails to ensure our child’s safety, which was a thoughtful and family-friendly touch. Amazing stay
The hotel is behind the Intercontinental hotel, right in the marina. It’s close to 4th May square.
We have had a family room as it’s 6 of us and it was still great. The only thing is that’s only one shower, but we managed. The room is on 2 floors, upstairs big bedroom with a double bed and a toilet and downstairs one double bed a one single bed.
The breakfast was nice, my kids loved it.
Really great value for money.
And the staff was very nice, very attentive to our needs.
There’s also a Landry room, the hotel provided us with the detergent, free of charge.
Totally recommend the place !!

One of the top hotels I have been to before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The location is also very convenient. Close to a mall, a subway station, the beach and a few very nice local restaurants in the street.
It is also very easy to get a didi or taxi to any place if needed to go a bit farther away. If anyone is going to Qingdao and looking for a comfortable stay, prime location and excellent breakfast, this is the place!

Higiene: Muito limpo. O quarto é muito arrumado. Dá para ver que eles limpam a cada hóspede. Principalmente o banheiro. É muito seguro de usar. Levei meu próprio chuveiro com filtro. Foi o mesmo quando cheguei e quando saí. A qualidade da água é muito boa.
Instalações: Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei em um hotel e vi que a torneira tinha filtro. É muito atencioso. Há também um purificador de ar. A geladeira também é limpa e não tem cheiro.
Ambiente: Sem barulho. O vaso sanitário, a pia e o chuveiro são separados. É limpo e higiênico. Dá para ver a casa de celebridades da internet e a vista para o mar.
Serviço: O atendimento do recepcionista foi muito bom. Chegamos bem tarde e ele nos recebeu muito calorosamente.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home.
But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

O serviço é ótimo! A experiência superou as expectativas ~ O quarto é grande, com isolamento acústico e você pode ver a vista do mar na chuva. O importante é que a cama seja muito confortável. O café da manhã tem uma grande variedade de pratos e há guias para os assentos. Há muitas pessoas, mas tudo está em ordem. A academia e a piscina também estão disponíveis, mas não tive tempo de usá-las. Você pode aproveitar o relaxamento das férias e obter um serviço de alta qualidade. No geral, muito bom, com o serviço prestado pela equipe excelente.
O café da manhã era bom, mas tive que esperar o momento certo para que os ovos estivessem quentes, e nunca consegui um ovo frito com gema mole bem cozido e não frio.
Poderia ser melhor reformar a parte elétrica dos quartos, já que não há tomadas USB. Também havia uma tomada onde a chaleira estava queimada, então tive que usar uma tomada no chão.
