A heartfelt thanks to Aimee for her thoughtful and kind gestures—she was incredibly accommodating with our check-in and checkout times, which made our experience even more seamless. All the staff were simply awesome, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. Our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the top floor. Watching the waves and the sunset from such a vantage point was a truly unforgettable experience. We also loved the tea time and happy hour—it added such a delightful touch to our stay. We also had an opportunity to join the 'adopt a paper pet' event, it was fun (thanks Grace) This was an outstanding experience, and we look forward to visiting Qingdao HaiTian!

We had a wonderful stay at Qingdao Litian! The hotel is perfect for families with kids, offering a welcoming and safe environment that made our trip truly enjoyable. The staffs regardless at the reception or the restaurant is very nice & caring. It's breakfast is great. For me is better than 4 star hotel that we have stayed in terms of taste & certain item u can't find in them. We have lunch & breakfast there in their famous restaurant. Location is located at walking distance to St.Michael Cathedral & Zhangqiao Pier... Room amenities offered better than what 5 stars will offered...However the bathroom is a bit tiny for us. Add up 99.9% Thanks Minguo Hotel

Perfect weekend in Qingdao! The hotel is located near the embankment and not far from the promenade area. The central railway station is also within walking distance if you do not have large luggage. Despite the fact that the furniture in the rooms is not the newest - the hotel staff maintains excellent cleanliness. Thanks to them for their work! As in many hotels in China, trying to turn on the ventilation results in the smell of smokers from neighboring rooms/floors coming through. How I wish Chinese hotels would switch to total non-smoking! But overall, this is an excellent hotel for the warm season!

So far I’ve traveled through 5 cities in China in 2 weeks. This hotel rates the best in my opinion. Basically you’re getting 5 stars services but paying 2 stars rate. Pleasure to recommend this to anybody and ever ok in this neck if the wood I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderfully pleasant stay.

The location is close to the subway. Take the elevator from Yanshan Road Station and walk 100 meters to see the Royalton Hotel across the road. It is suitable for children and the elderly. There are also many attractions nearby, such as the trestle bridge, Qingdao Railway Station, Badaguan, the first bathing beach, the church, etc. The service is meticulous and thoughtful. I upgraded to a high floor for free. I can see the sea in the distance and the red-tiled houses with Qingdao characteristics from the window. There are also many places to eat around. We bought fresh apples at a small market nearby. They are crispy. Qingdao is a beautiful city.

Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, five minutes away from the Guangrao Road subway station and next to the police station. It feels very safe! Facilities: The new hotel has complete facilities. Although it smells a bit, the purifier is very useful. The kettle is also relatively clean and hygienic. The TV is huge! Screencasting is convenient. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned well, but details need to be improved. Service: The lady at the front desk is gentle and friendly, and the service is excellent. All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Shinan.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel again. I stayed here for the first time a year ago in June for Dragon Boat Festival and it was fantastic. So I decided to stay here for May 1st holidays. Unfortunately that turned out to be a huge mistake. During the day in Qingdao during this time the weather is good between 22-25 degrees Celsius but still cold at night between 13-15 degrees. For me the heat needs to be on but to my horror there was no heat, only cold air. So I ended up getting sick. On top of that it didn't matter if it was breakfast or dinner, the buffet food was cold. The only hot food was something made in front of you like an omlet. Even before I found out all this, when I got to my room it wasn't what I paid for. I paid for the multi-level suite. I still had a suite but I have no idea if the cost was at least the same and I didn't care for it. The bed was great though but even with another blanket on top didn't keep me warm enough with no heat at night. 😓

It is an amazing hotel. The service is considerate and delicate from the inside out. The room is very clean and tidy. The price-performance ratio is very high. The No. 1 bathing beach is just outside the door. It is very close to various scenic spots and next to Badaguan. The view of the sea from the room is really good. You can lie on the bed to enjoy the sea view and you can also lie on the bed to watch the stars at night. It is very good and highly recommended.

The boss is particularly good? ! I also sent us a specialty gift package. The room was comfortable and clean and the decoration style was worked hard. You can watch the sunrise and sunset at the door. I didn’t have time to watch it.

Good point: Qingdao Station is very close to the subway, and there is less travel time to various tourist attractions, which saves a lot of time and energy. Convenience stores, beautiful cafes and bars are also nearby. It takes only a minute to walk to the sea. The neighborhood is very quiet. The bad thing is that the room was dirty. First of all, when I entered, I smelled smoke. There was dust, garbage from people who used to live in the kitchen sink, mold on the walls of the bedroom windows and shower room. I didn’t use the blanket just in case it looked like it wasn’t disinfected and cleaned regularly and replaced. Other events included the shampoo rack in the shower room, difficulty closing the bedroom door, and water coming out when the air conditioner was turned on. Stayed for 3 days and also prepared 2 disposable towels. Since we lived together, we had no choice but to buy a new towel at the convenience store. I don't think it's worth the price. The price is not high, my folklore elsewhere, the price is lower and cleaner than here.

The basic configuration is complete, the landlord responds promptly and is responsive. Just beside the Signal Mountain Park, adjacent to the Internet celebrity punching street, there are subways, buses, and convenient transportation. That is, on the side of the mountain, you need to take the mountain road, or climb the ramp or take the steps, it is too expensive! 😜 The first time I realized that Qingdao is a ”mountain city” 😂

The location is very close to the beach and close to the scenic spot, but the room is very humid and the bathroom is small. I woke up in the morning and found a cockroach on the bed.
