本來定了豪華親子房住3晚，一到酒店大堂，體驗感很差，4家酒店共用一個大堂，還是很小的大堂，房間裝修老舊，設施設備陳舊，地板破損，水管漏水，淋浴房門關不上，洗完澡整個廁所都是水，將就一晚，果斷找客服退了其他兩晚，定了隔壁酒店，一樣的價格，人家的檔次不知道要高多少，真不知道一千+的價格怎麼定的，有圖有真相

地毯簡直不能再臟了，真的如果不是太累也沒法退錢，我都立馬要走人的那種。前台不僅不熱情，而且很絕對，甚至很傲。酒店這座樓裏有四家酒店，前台都在一樓，地理位置很優越，酒店6樓直接可以到萬象滙商場，樓下就是地鐵，吃飯和交通很方便，除此之外沒有讓人覺得舒服的地方。

2年前來青島旅遊就入住了這家酒店，今年來青島還是帶娃連定了2天，入住的時候收了200按金，告知是按金，再無提及其他。今天12點退房 我就去萬象城吃飯了，2點40收到酒店前台電話 告知在房間內消費了2罐啤酒和一瓶大礦泉水，共收費24元，從付款的按金里扣。我一臉懵，入住的時候沒有任何收費事項告知我，由於我行李還庫存在前台，我把2罐啤酒退回去了。前台和我説酒店內有一張價目表，小瓶礦泉水是免費，大瓶礦泉水是收費。走的時候前台説可以給我免費，但是讓我寫好評，我表示拒絕。然後按金退給我192。扣除了一瓶大礦泉水的費用。真的很氣憤，入住酒店收取按金工作人員沒有任何收費告知，退房以後2個小時40分才打電話過來説我消費了，需要從按金裏退，難道我們入住酒店就要小心翼翼的提防會不會有隱藏消費，誘導消費了嗎？如果是其他遊客已經離開酒店了，這個費用是不是衹能全部無奈付款了？大大小小也帶小孩子入住過不同的酒店，這家酒店的作為是第一次遇到，其他遊客注意避坑吧。圖上是前兩年在這家酒店入住。也非常感謝攜程管家東燕幫忙協調，感謝感謝！

原本下雨天高鐵過來辦入住想好好休息一下，一到酒店大堂體驗感極差 4家酒店公用一個大堂，還是很小的大堂，前台辦入住還一定要收按金，態度非常傲慢。房間裝修老舊，設施設備陳舊，地板破損，淋浴房門關不上洗完澡地上全是水，體驗感極差。前台不僅不熱情而且很不通人情非常冷漠，延後點時間退房都很難商量。總之非常無語的一家酒店，希望後面住客看到不要再踩坑。

這麼多年來，重來沒給酒店差評過，這是唯一一次，並且我覺得一分都太高，地板都是破的還不算，衞生間燈都是壞的，黑燈瞎火洗澡，叫了服務員過來看，他説明天叫人來修……可是明天我們就走了啊！差評，千萬別踩坑了！

這是我住的最差勁的一個酒店。環境沒衹能用噁心來形容，首先地面各種褐色污垢，到處是土和灰塵，最噁心的是衞生間的洗手盆裏竟然還有一根長頭髮（我是男的），應該就是沒打掃，而且床睡的也不舒服，總體來説，還不如住 100 塊錢的民宿……

The location is good, the size of the room is acceptable, however the cleanliness is very far from what I would call OK. For days the bathroom smelled sewage water. I thought it's a system problem so tried not to stress about it, but the smell got worse by the day. Eventually I complained, then the cleaner did some work which eliminated the problem. Why did I have to specifically request it is beyond me. Other problem was the carpet in the room. I dropped my pen, when I realized how horrendously dirty it is. Again complained, requested to get this cleaned by vacuum cleaner. Guess what? I was told that they can't because they have no vacuum cleaner....

This is a very strange place. Bugs of all sizes kept flying up through the drains in the bathroom. The staff at the front desk burst into laughter when I asked for my room to be cleaned. The TV didn't work, nor did the clock. No outlets available to charge my computer except on the stove. Really crappy soap and shampoo in the shower. I would never stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel. The location is great, close to a large shopping center and a metro station. It takes us 10 minutes to walk to May Fourth Square. The rooms are clean and big. We had a washing machine and a small kitchen in our room, so you can prepare your own meals during your visit. The only one the problem for me was long waiting for the elevator, which was a little bit annoying, but I don't think it's a particular hotel problem.
