I am writing to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. Despite facing a snow storm, the staff at your hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and safety.
I was disappointed that I could not visit the golden beach due to the weather conditions, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room. I was especially relieved to find no trace of cigarette smell, as I am highly sensitive to it.
Unfortunately, I fell ill during my stay and had to be taken to the hospital. I cannot thank your staff enough for their prompt assistance and for staying with me throughout the entire process. As it was my first time in a hospital in **************, I was quite anxious, but their care and support made me feel at ease.
Furthermore, I would like to extend my gratitude for notifying me about my forgotten purse and for helping me when I got lost in the metro during the snow storm. Your staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for me.

非常好，房間大，住的很舒心，服務員熱情，有什麼要求都能滿足，太貼心了。空調給力，出風口大，一會兒就熱乎了，給力給力！不是連鎖的，還有點忐忑，但是入住後才覺得，完全不需要擔心哦，超預期，不賴不賴，值得好評，值得推薦！
