We visited this hotel as a large family group. This is a friendly hotel and kept spotlessly clean throughout the day and evenings. The hotel is less than 20 minutes from the airport which is great after a 5 hour flight. The staff go above and beyond to provide you with the very best service, I would like to give a huge thank you to Osama Ahmed who worked the beach bar, your service and memory for drinks was outstanding . There are many pools on the complex and 2 are heated which is great if any of your party or small children are sensitive to cold pools. The food was great, you will find something tasty to eat every day, some of the chefs could do with smiling a little more but it’s no issue. The beach is the best I have ever been on for snorkelling, I’ve never seen so many colourful fish in waist deep water. The in-house taxi rank is a nice touch, you can book a safe taxi instantly, pay a very reasonable set fare and not get harassed to pay more at the end. My only criticism is the size of the glasses for drinks especially if your a larger drinker, SO, take your own large cup (cups are all plastic around the pools anyway) and the staff will happily fill it for you every time. All in all, this is a great hotel for couples, families and groups alike. The location is good and the hotel security make you feel safe all the time.

The renovated rooms (superior) are excellent. Modern, clean and have all the comforts you could need. The staff are friendly, facilities (multiple pools, slides and beach area) are well kept and the private coral reef is a superb spot to do some snorkeling! Food was slightly varied each day and you can book into one of the three restaurants free of charge (once per restaurant) for an A La Carte meal for dinner. We didn't do this due to time restrictions but looked like a good option to add some variety to buffet meals. Predominantly Russian and Italian clientele but all staff speak English. I thought this resort was great value. Enjoy :)

Only a short stay, very large room kept nice and clean. Lovely animation team working hard to make your holiday fun. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Didn't really eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food

After staying at the rixos hotel in Sharm I’m going to try and not compare the 2 experiences as the rixos is high end and this hotel is very average The hotel is quite clean or it’s what I would call on top but if you look closer there’s things to spot The restaurant is presentable but the food repetitive and gets extremely boring Now the AI drinks are a different level of something you will never taste in a good way I can only compare it to something you could possibly need to fuel farm or building machinery The soft drinks are not as bad but lacking fizz or flavour If you want a giggle within your party I would say go If you are a foodie your be greatly disappointed in the offerings and if your a piss pot and drink anything this is your place The staff are very low paid and will do anything for you and of course tenners here and there will completely help them out I personally would not go again but we made the best of it

Location is weird, doesn't feel like there's too much local. I was here for only the 2 days. Cannot fault the cleanliness or the facilities. The service was a little frustrating, having to pay extra to get access to my room earlier, then of course knowing that the room is already ready for me. The same could be found on check out.

This hotel is out of this world ! Nothing is too much trouble for all members of staff . Sabrina is so helpful , she came around us everyday to see if everything is okay with the room and the hotel in general. The buffets are a good selection , can highly recommend the seafood restaurant and the Lebanese was fun with the belly dancers too ! You are treated as royality !
