Close to the airport with a reliable shuttle service. Rooms were very nice and clean. The area close to the hotel doesn’t have much to offer other than easy airport access but it’s quiet and safe.

Very nice hotel and amenities.
In the middle of WSU campus, which is a little awkward to get in and out of the area.
The room was very modern with a comfy bed and large TV.

Enjoyed our stay in Pullman on Labor Day Weekend. Great hotel and location. My only constructive feedback: 1) Don't charge $8/night for parking. Given it's Pullman and not a big city, it seems excessive to charge for parking. 2) Expand internet TV options. Would have been nice to have YouTubeTV, especially since ESPN was blacked out on the hotel TV b/c of Spectrum issue.

The extra charge for parking seems a silly way to add to the room rate. It feels like a hidden charge…would have been much more transparent to include it in the room rate. I am used to a big city “downtown” location charging for parking, but not your location.

Visiiting Wazzu for a few days and nights. Only issue was housekeeping never came to our room so we had to go get clean towels ourselves and our garbage was overflowing. Other than that it was a very comfortable stay.

Hotel and service were great! My only complaint is that the coffee bar closes at 10AM. There is no other coffee available at the hotel.

Toilet paper was thin enough to read a book thru.
Water supply was soft water. The walk-in shower had a minimal anti skid finish but with soft water, the shower floor was DANGEROUSLY slippery. I had to put the cloth shower mat in shower to keep from falling.
Advertised price was for $144/night. Upon arriving I was charged an additional $8/night to park my car.
Internet was allowed for day 1 & 2. Morning of checkout day I was not allowed on there internet.
