Located on a quiet lane next to Sunnyside Park, it is minutes away from Downtown Pullman, WSU, Martin Stadium, grocery stores and many restaurants. University of Idaho is a short 20 minutes away. My home is next to a beautiful paved walking trail that meanders through the neighborhood, green spaces and Sunnyside park.This is a clean and comfortable 3 level townhome (approx 2000 sq ft total) that can accommodate up to 10 people. The 2 car garage is on the main level and opens into the kitchen, dining area with snack bar, and living room with a powder bathroom. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 full bathrooms and 3 queen beds. The basement has another full bathroom, laundry room and large family room with a twin/full bunk bed. There are 2 Couches with fold out beds for additional sleeping. My home is family friendly with toys in the basement closet. A high chair and porta crib are available for use and are stored in the upstairs bedroom #2 closet. Smart TVs are on the main floor and in the basement family room. Feel free to connect your account.Self Check in with Keypad. I will send you the code 24 hours before check in.This is a smoke and pet free home. No smoking-this includes vaping in the house or on the property. No pets or emotional support animals in the house or on the property. No parties please. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval. I provide complimentary soaps and shampoo in all full baths.2 cars are welcome to park in the garage (nothing oversized) and 2 more in front of the garage. Additional parking is at the end of the lane.There are exterior cameras, but nothing inside the house.We have basic spices, toaster and a rice cooker in the kitchen. Plates, bowls, glasses etc to accommodate up to 10 people. We have additional plastic plates and cups for the kiddos.
