Resort was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars and bartenders was great as well. Love how we had a beach view with the resort. The rooms was clean, pillows fluffed. Love how we had multiple bars to chose from. Great night life guys from animation are good people, kelvin was a good animation. We had fun with us. I recommend this for people who come to this hotel

Excellent preparation. The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful, the varieties of food were very nice and excellent, everything was very nice, the restaurant was very clean, the rooms were very clean, the entire pool, the warm water was the best for me.

Stayed here recently with two friends. THE GOOD: 1. Our room was fantastic! large, spacious, nice balcony overlooking the ocean, clean, nice full kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven etc. 2. Staff was nice , friendly and helpful, especially Juan! 3. When we asked for something, we got it, no problems there. 4. The rates were very good considering what you get with the nice rooms, big screen tv, king size beds, A/C, real wine glasses, etc. 5. Lots of room at the pool on the street side, there are many comfy lounge chairs and i think 6 pools 6. The pool area and bar on the beach side is nice, not much room at the actual beach to sit though. 7. Nice gym, we did use it a few times. THE BAD: 1. You must wear a wristband and no visitors allowed. My daughter wanted to visit and we had to pay extra for her wristband 2. They come to the door to offer the ”free” breakfast at 9:00 am, but beware, this is a tactic that I wont go into, but know that this is a ”vacation club hotel” 3. They don't provide coffee in the rooms because they want you to go to the ”free” breakfast as mentioned above. 4. It doesn't have a very ”homey” feel. Hard to explain but kind of like a white, office building lobby feel. They could do with some warm colours, soft couches, more plants, etc. However, having said all of the above, we did love our stay, overall.

Exceptional charm hotel with its architecture, location, beach and decoration. Nothing to say is perfect: free shopping at the swimming pool or beach, hot jacuzzi always boiling, breathtaking view, a nice and nice breakfast, an impecable room. In short: we will come back because it's quite rare to find a small pearl like this hotel outside the ”all included” we hate with 1000 rooms. A very special bravo during these 6 days at Dervis and his always present smile from our arrival to our departure, Victoria has the pool and breakfast for his professionalism and advice, Jose Antonio, Jose Alberto and his smile, Theofilo and its good mood and to finish Gisela for the daily household and its availability!
