As we already have been twice in this hotel, we stopped there again after a long journey by car. Our last stay was a bit disappointing regarding the service with clients, which I cannot say of this stay. We had a very friendly receptionist, who explained us everything. The breakfast has a huge choice and everything we need. Simply delicious. It will definitely stay our “stop hotel” when going back to Italy by car.

Clean and nice rooms. Rooms are large enough for move freely with bags.... Especially restaurant staff are very kind and helpful... We had Just one night in hotel but so glad to come.. Meals were tasty. Room is clear and bed is so comfortable.

Since I had been advised, I booked at the hotel Cyrano. We stayed for two nights, she welcomed us the owner, very kindly. We found ourselves very good, good and abundant breakfast, both sweet and salad. Parking is included in the price, which is important, because in the city parks are all payable. The double bed with topper, we have been very well sleeping, the quiet road near the center. We will surely return and recommend the hotel

Sulla strada principale di Gerenzano, con difficoltà di parcheggio immediato, ci sono dei posti limitati limitrofi e dall'altro lato della strada, mentre i sotteranei hanno un costo di 10€ al giorno, ma si può poggiare momentaneamente l'auto nei pressi dell'ingressi per lo scarico valigie. La location all'esterno è carina, sembra di recente ristrutturazione, così come la hall, mentre tutto il resto della struttura invece è datato, con parecchi segni del tempo visibili; idem per la stanza, abbastanza pulita ed ordinata, ma non molto confortevole, il letto matrimoniale creato con l'unione di due singoli, con materassi sottili e non comodissimi, non è stato proprio il massimo. La colazione senza infamia ne lode, meglio la parte dolce della salata, ma nel complesso prodotti molto industriali, nella presentazione a buffet carina, ma di poca sostanza. Il personale è stato cordiale, mentre la nota positiva, forse l'unica, è stato il prezzo, 70€ a notte nel periodo di Pasqua, buono. Nel complesso non ci tornerei, esperienza da hotel a 3 stelle.

We have just left the hotel after a very brief but great stay. After some initial problems with a mistake I made during booking, Marika was very helpful in sorting it via email. We then had a delayed flight which meant checking in around 12:30am but the night receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to go straight to our room with two sleeping children. We had misunderstood that the breakfast would end at 10am when in fact it was 9:30, however Marika went out of her way to call us soon before the end asking if we were coming down - she then waited for us to do so, we were so happy with this service! Check out was smooth and again all round very happy stay, would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

After an awful experience with our airline, causing us to miss our connecting flight and no flights home for 2 days we desperately needed a hotel ASAP at 10PM on a Friday. Luckily, we were able to check in to this lovely hotel not far from the airport with no problems at all. The receptionists were very polite and understanding of our situation and helped us book taxis to and from the airport. The room was clean with good facilities, fridge and comfy bed, it was a great bonus to have breakfast included in the morning. There inst much around the area but we were able to walk to a near by town and went to a brilliant restaurant called Harry's Bar, amazing for authentic Pizza! I would like to give a 5 star review to Alex and Melissa. I had forgot to get a receipt for the taxi, needed for my airline delay expenses. They were able to track down the taxi company for me, I am extremely grateful for their help and being able to stay here when our airline let us down. Highly recommend and would stay again.

In a quiet area 2 steps from Malpensa , near a restaurant and a very good pizzeria !!! beautiful furnished rooms with tasty ,clean and spacious with private bathrooms, very good breakfast and the very gentle Rose ! I recommend it ! I hope soon !!!
