Hotel as a structure according to expectations. Unfortunately, I had a disappointment for a fine for the ZTL, which came 3 weeks later, despite saying I was ”transited” to arrive and I left the ticket at the desk. I was told that the parking in the ZTL was payable but also That was the possibility of parking a few hundred meters. I did so. But after 3 weeks the fine came to me and the answer received was not really ”conscious”, arguing that I had not paid the bill for parking in ZTL. And it's true, because I NOT PARKED in the ZTL area but only passed to get to the hotel. If you happen ....be careful.

The hotel is very comfortable for people who need to find a hotel near the entrance of the motorway for work or need. I haven't enjoyed breakfast so I can't give any judgement. Very clean, quiet rooms (not feeling the traffic of the cars) and quite spacious. I recommend to put at least one more coat in the room. Experience to be made again. I will certainly take back here in my next stay in Faenza

Ormai sarà la decima volta che scelgo il Globus per le mie trasferte romagnole e sicuramente lo consiglio. Camere spaziose con delle comode scrivanie per poter lavorare, bagni con le vasche che non sono proprio quello che preferisco ma vanno bene. Struttura molto bella dalla hall alla sala colazione. Inoltre é presente il ristorante dell’hotel dove ho sempre mangiato bene e ho sempre trovato ottimo personale gentile e simpatico. Vi é anche una spa con palestra al piano -1 che é un plus al soggiorno. Staff alla reception sempre sul pezzo e cordiale. Ottimo hotel

This August we stayed at the Borgo Conde Resort for the second time. We‘ve already been there two years ago and since we loved it so much last time we decided to go there again. Starting withe positive, I have to say that the landscape surrounding the resort is just breathtaking…the views are simply amazing & you can go for great walks there. The buildings themselves are also very nice & look great from the outside as well the inside. Especially at night the atmosphere with all the lights on is lovely. When it comes to the staff we can‘t say say anything negative. They are all friendly, at this point I‘d especially like to mention the young waitresses, they are super polite and lovely. The spa area is really nice, too. There is only one small thing that we saw several guests be a bit disappointed about…it‘s the temperature of the pool. I don‘t know if it can be be heated, but it was just way too cold. Hardly anyone went in there. You could use the spa area but covidwise you can only book one-hour slots, which is perfectly understandable though. We dined twice in the resort‘s restaurant…it was just like last time we‘ve been there unbelievably good. I even think it‘s the best food we‘ve ever had in Italy. Also, the dishes are highly creative! Compliments on that! Now, what really makes me sad somehow was our last night at the resort. We paid more for a better room, had the deluxe junior suite overlooking the pool, but we were not informed that there would be a wedding going on. I am quite sure we‘d have chosen other dates to go to Italy if we only knew that… it was anything but relaxing. The noise (very loud music) coming from the wedding hall just below our room was just way too loud. We‘re definitely not light sleepers but this was just not nice. To be fair however, it all stopped at 2am. We had to get up at 6, though ;) Now, I know this is also an event location and you earn money with this but maybe you could just arrange this a bit differently and maybe not give away the rooms right above the hall when there is an event? Or maybe let people know and give them a discount for that one night? When we left we got a bottle of wine, which was really nice & the receptionist (?) told us that he was really sorry. Thank you for that! :) Still, we truly love this place, it‘s one of our most favourite resorts ever and highly recommended. There is just always some room for improvement, right? ;)

The hotel is always a great hotel, the executive hotel is always returned after a few months. Confortable and clean rooms. It is perfect for the centre and free parking. Professional staff and excellent breakfast and very abundant. We're here for the museum and we'll find ourselves.

Hotel options are somewhat limited in Faenza… Hotel Vittoria is certainly appealing with its eccentric decor! The welcome was friendly, reception area is nicely decorated.. however the bedroom (104) was not overly clean with hairs in the bathroom and paintwork marked everywhere.. the bed linen is poor quality and the room was very very cold also with the air con on highest warm setting not resolving the temperature! The bathroom amenities are lacking (shower/shampoo mix was the only item provided), hairdryer is old (not powerful enough) and should be upgraded. The shower drain is also blocked… no in room kettle (available at reception). No iron/ironing board available which was a big issue for me! Walking through the hotel there is a real chill in the air so bring you coat when going for breakfast as most guests do. Waitress at breakfast was not friendly, provided no service, did not even get a coffee… chewing gum not very professional. She rushed around to clear tables before guests had fully finished. The breakfast buffet is basic - continental spread.. a fresh fruit salad would be nice as fruit not fresh. Lots of room for improvement!

Located just adjacent to the magnificent basilica of S. Apollinare, and 10 minutes from the town center and 12 from the beach, this little (8 rooms) hotel has it all: clean, nicely decorated and animated by a friendly, always helpful staff. The restaurant offers a menu with traditional local dishes, well prepared and presented. Breakfast is included in the rates, simple but fresh; parking is also included for free. WiFi is available but strong only in the ground floor. Last but not least: prices are very reasonable. Like I said: this hotel has it all.
