I stayed at Hotel Igea in July 2022 and found it very difficult to find any fault. My room wasn't anything superior, just a normal room, but found it more than spacious, the bathroom was also very spacious. The curtains were very thick to ensure darkness when the sun comes up, large HD TV, mini-fridge which was very welcome in the climate and bed was comfy. The only negative sides about the hotel room was one or two areas of dust in high places which had clearly been continually missed and no bedside power sockets for charging devices. Staff were very friendly and professional, were more than happy to hold my luggage after checking out and the hotel restaurant is also an excellent standard with large, good quality portions. Very warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a good value for money. If I return to Brescia, I would definitely stay here again.

Very poor experience starting with the 2 bedrooms booked together for expressively explained for family of 5 - and in 2 diff floors!! For 3 nights without any solution offered - Hôtel was not clean as a 4 star should be ! Check the fitness room for proof ! And finally only set of 1 person towels (although 3 weee booked) in the room . Breakfast staff GREAT ! Food pretty standard and hot food poor in quality! Scrambled eggs were socky like microwave cooked .... No questioning from the staff on our stay , how it was etc ... when leaving . Very poor experience-

I had a room with a dream view of the doom. The room and the bathroom I found relatively old. The air conditioning had not even much performance against the heat. The whole building worked inside like a time machine in the 1930s. But: All staff at the hotel were really very friendly and helpful. That was great class.

The quality of the food served at the restaurant was excellent as well as the service at the table. They always cared about the customers. There was a very good selection of different food for both fish and meat which was well explained by the waiters.

Room with sea view, with a binocular! New but low furniture, going finishes, call it a stick! The worst thing, the very uncomfortable mattress and a great warm in the room that did not make us sleep. My wife and I have been staying ten days in full comfort and adventure. And that is why, unlike many guests who generally sit on the grounds of the term care, we used the Hotel as a wonderful support base, to turn in the radius of more than 100 km, wonderful naturalist and landscaped places. But we come to the description of the hotel that we thought ordered very clean and furnished with the right sobriety in the details. The discreetly large room has all the comforts and everything works and ordered. The hotel has many beautiful places to stay and relax, from the Hall, to open-air lounges in the garden with fontanella, a comfortable tivu room and a great gym, pool and more. The beautiful room is the tables equipped with elegant and professionalism as well as the service and availability of staff and gentle owners. Avevo letto delle recensioni molto interessanti. Ottima colazione abbondante, ristorante, belle stanze, moderno... Scelto per una tappa obbligata in zona e perchè sarebbe un 4 stelle. La prima impressione è spettacolare. Molto bella la hall, moderna, due ascensori, diversi piani, tranquillo, parcheggio davanti. Camera all'ultimo piano. Media grandezza. Cerchiamo le pantofole elencate nella lista delle forniture e non esistono. Meno male che ne porto sempre per precauzione. L'armadio o la cabina armadio non esiste. C'è uno stand appendiabiti con 6 grucce. Tradotto, non abbiamo disfatto le valigie. C'è solo un cassetto con gli asciugamani per il secondo ospite. Volevo aprire una finestra (o la porta-finestra che da su una terrazza) e nessuna delle due si apre. Niente ricambio di aria. Abbiamo un pò freddo e dopo svariati tentativi di aumentare il termostato vado a chiedere. Era la stessa procedura che ho fatto più volte. Si poteva abbassare, ma non alzare. Ritornava sempre a quella preimpostata. Un piumino leggero sul letto, niente coperte o altro per coprirci di notte avessimo avuto freddo. Il letto abbastanza comodo, cuscini alti. Al mattino, entrambi con mal di schiena. Il frigobar aveva la grande varietà di due bottigliette di acqua. La tv a schermo piatto funziona, però dovevamo mettere una chiavetta che avevamo portato e non le legge. Il bagno, dove era scritto sulla prenotazione, prodotti da bagno, ha un sapone liquido per viso e mani, uno nella doccia ( aperta a metà), e tre cotton fiock con cotone e una limetta di cartoncino. Lasciamo perdere la colazione abbondante. Tre croissant ( vuoto. marmellata di albicocche, cioccolato), tre torte banalissime di pan di spagna- un giorno una crostata-, due tipi di fette biscottate, 4 tipi di marmellatine confezionate, cesto di frutta, due o tre tipi di frutta tagliata, qualche yogurt, cereali, pane, uova strapazzate, bacon, melanzane grigliate, prosciutto, formaggio a fette, verdura bollita. Le bevande a macchinetta con buona scelta di bustine di tè. Premetto che ho trovato degli hotel a 3 stelle con il triplo di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Noi, da buoni italiani, ci aspettiamo torte, muffin, pancakes, svariate brioches o biscotti. Le colazioni pantagrueliche all'estero qui se le sognano. Il ristorante lo davano aperto solo in settimana. A prescindere dal personale in genere molto gentile, la mio opinione è un 'mai più'. Le recensioni lette su booking, o altri siti, non sono più attendibili, dopo questo ulteriore fallimento in quelle zone.
