Narcissos Waterpark Resort

We visited the week after half term, Family of 7 and cant think of any negatives at all. The staff were great, helpful & friendly. Bar staff always happy and good fun. The hotel pool / waterpark facilities were excellent The food again was great, loads of choice good quality and varied. Catered for 2 very fussy kids, 1 vegan, 1 veggie in our party no problem. The rooms were basic but good, did the job, cleaned daily as well. Fully recommend

I stayed for a week just just my toddler. The holiday surpassed my expectations. As a vegetarian, I am always worried about the food selection but shouldn't have been. It was varied and delicious. The pools were great, slides were fantastic and it wasn't too noisy. The staff work so hard and are really lovely. My room was large with a sea view and very comfortable and was cleaned regularly. I felt safe and welcomed and relaxed.

This is our 2nd time at this hotel and will not be our last. The staff make this hotel they cannot do enough for you. Staff - amazing 👏 special shout out to Babis who is very welcoming and remembered us from last time. The restaurant staff always smiling and clear your tables very quickly and take ur drinks orders. Bar staff friendly, chat away to you and have a laugh a joke with you. Callum the etertaiments lad is amazing , funny and caring. Makes everyone feel included. He puts his special twist on aqua aerobics and I couldn't stop laughing. Reception are on hand to answer any questions and very welcoming. Cleaners come in every day to clean the rooms and everything is as it should be. Food - different theme every night and a good variety of food and tasty.My husband is a fussy eater but he has no trouble at all. Breakfast is lovely the usual breakfast choices along with freshly made omelette, pancakes and pastries. Rooms - have everything you need whilst on holiday , comfy bed, fresh towels , toilettes, fridge , date and hairdryer. Iron is available if needed There's Is a chap round the pool area who comes and takes ur empty cups when finished and cleans around. Once again thank you to all the staff that really do make sure you have a relaxing fun filled holiday. There's a supermarket for all your needs and a little coffee shop a vouple of minutes away that do amazing cakes. Turn left out yhd hotel snd walk 10 mins snd there is a fab Greek taverna if like is you like to nip out for a meal then fo try this place. And if you do read negative reviews you can't please everyone but as for complaining about wasps it's a hot country drinks get spilt just like in the UK they attract wasps. I hate wasps but it's not a major issue no more than being anywhere else See you guys soo and thank you all 🥰

Had a fab week at this hotel starting with reception - lovely staff very friendly , Restaurant - food was lovely plenty of variety restaurant staff were fab too, Hotel - very clean and tidy, Room - clean and spacious fresh towels most days, Entertainment great - Callum was great doing aqua aerobics every morning he always had a chat with everyone around the pool. The kids loved him. Area ,- bus stop outside of hotel to take you to protaras across the road for the bus to ayi napa or you could walk the coastal walk to protaras takes about 40 mins. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Booked this hotel as a last minute trip after having to cancel a holiday the week before (son was in hospital) and I’m so glad we found this lovely little gem. The staff are a credit to the hotel, so friendly and welcoming. I have to have a gluten free diet and the head chef showed me each day what I could eat from the buffet or offered to make something for me. There was plenty of variety for the rest of the family and the food was lovely. The rooms are spacious and everywhere throughout the hotel was clean and tidy. We spent most of the time at the water park which was great fun for the kids and adults included. The evening entertainment area is quite small (the stage area itself) but there’s plenty of seating to sit out at night time if you wanted to. I’ve seen in another review that the same person does the day time activities plus DJ at night which is true but he’s got bundles of energy and was well liked by guests. Really easy and cheap to access bus routes to both Protaras and Ayia Napa if you do want to venture out. We’re so pleased that we booked to stay here. Really enjoyed ourselves

We stayed for 5 nights last week, room was nice and food was okay, not a massive selection for kids but could always find something we liked. Waterpark was good but the best part of the hotel was Callum who looked after the entertainment, he always made sure the kids were having fun even when it was raining! All the other staff seemed friendly but the hotel really wouldn't be the same without him!

Food was horrible- no choose, cold, whole week no more fruits like banana’s, apples . Same with desserts- no choose. All inclusive bar- very poor. All Sun beds before 8 reserved ( the hotel rules is - all towel before 9 will be removed- no one form the staff care about this) . Very small place for mini disco ( the same one person provides mini disco, aqua aerobic , and water polo) . Room was clean. Definitely No recommend

Stayed here as a family of 3 in the Easter holidays and had a great time. Stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was spacious and clean. Maids were good and cleaned the room every day and changed towels/sheets. Good range of food. We ate out quite a few nights though as we like to get out and see some of the resort. Restaurant staff were great, worked really hard and were always friendly. Special mention to Babis the restaurant manager who was always welcoming and kept everything running smoothly. Reception staff were welcoming too, especially the older gentleman with glasses. The waterpark kept my son busy, nice touch to be able to use that non stop without any charge. The hotel itself is a 20-30min walk into Protaras but if you don't want to walk, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel or taxis are €10. There are a few shops and a bakery/coffee shop just round the corner. There are a couple of beautiful small beaches just a 10 min walk away. Last but not least, Callum deserves a special mention. He was the only entertainment person but managed to chat to guests all day, create a great atmosphere around the pool as well as running a range of activities day and night. The kids loved him and he had the patience of a saint with them! Give the lad a pay rise! We don't normally return to the same places as there's so much of the world to see but wouldn't hesitate to come back here for a quick break in the sun.

Had a great week in Narcissus Waterpark, really great hotel with friendly staff. Food was plentiful and varied with different themed nights. Room we had was spacious and well appointed. Overall a great place to stay. Protaras is a great place to wander around with lots for all ages.
