Great Hotel and staff Clean rooms and very good A/C Breakfast is great and vareied ! Food at pool terrace is very good at decent prices Pool is very clean and warm and New sunberds Sandy Beach is very close, about 5-7 minutes walk with amazing views and super clear waters

We had an enjoyable stay at Adelais Bay. The hotel is in a great location, 20 minute walk from the Protaras town and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beaches - Green Bay was our favourite. The rooms in the hotel are pretty dated. The bathroom had a fair amount of black mould around the shower and the tiles. There was also only one plug socket that could be used and this was nowhere near the mirror which was a bit of a pain. However the sheets were changed regularly and new towels provided every few days and also when asked for. We had an issue with the air conditioning and maintenance came up to look at it within 15 minutes of it being reported. The view of the sea from the hotel was lovely also and the pool area looked like it had recently been redone. The breakfasts were good for a small hotel, including hot food along with pastries etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a cheap stay in a great location!

For us was good and enjoyfull. We recomand this hotel with fine people. We recomand for a good night with live music at Joker in Protaras Center. We recomand the restaurant neer hotel, old Taverna with plenty food on the plate 🤣 (all you can eat).

I booked 2 rooms 1 family room and a double room with sea view. We arrive at the hotel first thing is that there is no aircondition at the reception area. I thought poor people who work there must be boiling. There was one fan thats it. Staff was super friendly and very polite. We go to the rooms only to fine that the view we had was a iron from a house being built right there and the builders buulding. I went to rest last thing i would want ia have the builders banging from 7 in the morning and waking the kids up. Also the smell until we went to the room was horrible. I asked to be changed rooms. Mrs Kakia, amazing person, was super helpful she told us she would try her best and so she did. We had arrived at the hotel at 14:30 in the old rooms and was changed rooms at around 18:00. In the room there was only 1 plug to be able to charge the phone. Aircondition button was broken so we could not change the temp so we were super cold at night therefore had to switch it off. We went to eat, dinner is outside at the pool bar no fans nothing another negative. Food was not good. Ceasar salad was poor and too much lemon, pizza was ok, club sandwich nth special. Pool bar had no cold water, no cold beer and not a lot of variety of drinks. Next day they had no ice cream they ran out, ran out of crisps also. Breakfast eh so so not the best. The hotel needs a lot of upgrading which it has the potential. It is a very nice hotel, very nice location, super amazing and friendly staff but has a lot of major issues.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to the city centre of Protaras. Waking up to the breathtaking view was a treat, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. A truly memorable experience overall!! Thank you☺️

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Adelais Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is simply beautiful, with a great beachside view. The service and management of the hotel is truly exceptional, as they made sure that our stay was memorable and comfortable. Also, cleanliness is a top priority, both in our rooms and all the common areas!! I can’t wait to return.

Lovely holiday! Its out second time here! Nicer rooms, we had a smart TV, the air conditioning works perfectly! The pool was perfect, very good breakfast, Lunch and dinner! The staff is friendly and happy to help in any condition. We Will definitely come back next summer❤️ thank you Adelais for The perfect holiday🙏

Let me start by saying that Adelais Bay Hotel is under new management and this is their first season, so all not-so-flattering comments from 2022 and before should be ignored. I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well. The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it. There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day). I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.

hardly have I ever given 0 marks to a hotel but this time a big zero is the least I can give to this totally unacceptable hotel at such a price.. during the recent heatwave in the meditteranean we walked into a BOILING HOT reception area, no air conditioning we felt the worst possible welcome and all she said, we have no a/c here but only some useless ceiling fans as if we were in a remote one star hotel in Africa.. no a/c also at the poolside restaurant, no a/c in the lobby , so you could not even sit in the loddy area, neither in the corridors, only in the rooms which however was not adjustable so we asked for blankets for our sleep as if we were in the North Pole...!!! there was no access to disabled so one of our friends moved into another hotel.. surpisingly we were asked to pay in advance, which is a shame to some hotels. Breakfast was the only positive issue, which was fine. Last but not least there is shower curtain in the totally neglected bathroom and this curtain you wouldn't dare to touch, the lower part was covered in dirt . All in all never again and please , manager ,do not favour me with an apology
